GZERO Additive, specializing in the manufacturing of industrial grade 3D printers made in the USA, opened a new facility at 9799 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747. GZERO Additive is a producer of large, industrial grade fused filament fabrication 3D printers with machines built to meet the demands of modern manufacturing, reduce lead times and improve supply chain resilience. GZERO provides reliable manufacturing solutions with incredibly capable 3D printers for rapid prototyping and producing high-performance end-use parts. GZERO Additive more than doubled in size with this move and has grown from a startup to a major contender in the additive manufacturing industry.  

SugarCreek

SugarCreek, an innovative, diversified and flexible food manufacturer, began a 4,009 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 4235 Thunderbird Lane. SugarCreek’s core competency is operational excellence in packaged foods for retail and food service channels, providing a wide-ranging, value-added assortment of raw and fully-cooked products for domestic and international customers across all channels of trade. SugarCreek’s authentic culinary expertise helps drive innovation, while in-house expertise in everything from food trends and marketing to packaging and logistics makes the company an ideal partner for new product development.  

Vermeer Heartland

Vermeer Heartland, a full-service authorized dealer of Vermeer industrial equipment, will open an 8,015 square-foot facility at 6455 Gano Road. Vermeer Heartland provides unmatched sales, parts and service support for customers across Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and Tennessee in the areas of tree care, landscaping, wood waste and organic recycling, rentals, underground construction and surface mining industries. With decades of experience, the staff at Vermeer Heartland offer a wealth of knowledge about Vermeer equipment and the industry as a whole. Vermeer Heartland carries a robust parts inventory, on-site customer support and knowledgeable salesforce. 

Somerville Bank

Somerville Bank, a full-service Ohio chartered bank, will open a 3,648 square-foot office at 8671 North Pavilion Drive in the Union Centre Pavilion. Somerville Bank was established in 1910 and remains a small institution providing local services throughout Ohio. The financial services provider has grown to seven full-service branches in Ohio. The stability of Somerville Bank’s employees adds to the strength of the bank and to its knowledge of the market areas it serves. The West Chester location will be Somerville Bank’s eighth banking office with additional facilities located in Butler County, Hamilton, Oxford and Somerville. The new West Chester location will be a full-service branch with commercial lending, residential home lending and more. Somerville Bank plans to open August 2024.  

SweatHouz

SweatHouz, an infrared sauna and cold plunge studio, will open a 2,204 square-foot facility at 7682 Voice of America Centre Drive in the VOA Shopping Centre. SweatHouz is a unique recovery studio that offers a wellness experience like no other. The studio’s state-of-the-art equipment and infrared sauna technology creates a relaxing and rejuvenating environment that appeals to a wide range of wellness enthusiasts. At SweatHouz, customers can sweat it out from the comfort of their own private infrared sauna site, complete with towel service, a TV and surround sound. SweatHouz offers a new way to refuel so clients can enjoy the recovery process that’s necessary for the mind and body to function optimally. 

Shell Oil

Shell Oil, a multinational oil and gas company, will construct a new 6,172 square-foot fueling and convenience store at 9655 Cincinnati Dayton Road at Allen Road. Shell offers premium quality gasoline and diesel fuel products. The convenience store will carry a variety of food and beverage options, as well as other convenience items. Shell Oil Products is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies with operations in more than 70 countries. In the U.S., Shell operates in 50 states and is still growing. The core values at Shell are honesty, integrity and respect for people which is reflected in the way it treats its customers. 

Rizwitsch Sales

Rizwitsch Sales, specializing in food service excellence, opened a 6,500 square-foot facility at 9800 Harwood Court. Rizwitsch Sales offers coverage in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan with offices throughout these regions. Rizwitsch facilities include fully-equipped test kitchens with freezers, cooler and dry storage areas. A large conference area is located on each premises for product display, sampling sessions, group discussions and seminars. PKD Travel Pro, a full-service travel agency, opened a 312 square-foot office at 8050 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Center. Pizza King & Wings, featuring delicious tandoori pizza, will open a nearly 1,000 square-foot restaurant at 8262 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747 in Beckett Square. Pizza King & Wings satisfies its customer’s cravings with fresh, hot Indian-style pizza with a wide variety of options. Pizza King & Wings will offer flavorful and spicy tandoori pizza and wing dishes loaded with wonderful aromatic flavors. 

Mercedes-Benz of West Chester

Mercedes-Benz of West Chester, a luxury car dealer, will open a 29,465 square-foot facility at 9166 Sutton Place off Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747. Mercedes-Benz delivers premium customer service and luxury car services at its one-stop shop in West Chester. The team has earned a stellar reputation for exceptional professionalism and its vast knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Mercedes-Benz West Chester offers a state-of-the-art service department that employees certified technicians, offering numerous perks to its customers, free car washing, free courtesy Mercedes-Benz loaner, free shuttle vans and 24-hour road side assistance. The new space on Sutton Place will house Mercedes-Benz of West Chester’s new collision center. 

GoCo Dunkin & Shell

GoCo Dunkin & Shell, Gilligan Oil Company announced it will construct a new 5,327 square-foot Dunkin and Shell facility at 9370 Union Centre Boulevard at Muhlhauser Road just west of I-75. The new store will offer a full-service Dunkin with drive-thru window and seating area, along with a convenience store, new fuel stations and canopies. Gilligan Oil Company was founded in 1993 and has since added numerous company-operated locations in West Chester and throughout Ohio. This new construction will replace the existing Shell location with a completion slated for spring 2025.  

Egg Holic

Egg Holic, a fast-casual authentic Indian street-food restaurant where everything is made to order, announced a 1,000 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester restaurant at 9774 Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR 42. Egg Holic’s menu includes the street-food classic known as the Masala Half Fry, featuring two fried eggs topped with sautéed tomato and onions, and Lava Pulav which are omelet’s topped with basmati rice, shredded egg, sharp cheddar cheese and spiced tomato sauce. Egg Holic also offers grilled sandwiches, paneer dishes, chicken, chaats and a variety of other Indian egg dishes.  

Easy Grooming Pet Solutions

Easy Grooming Pet Solutions, specializing in professional pet grooming, opened a 1,354 square-foot facility at 4889 Smith Road near Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747. Easy Grooming Pet Solutions offers dog care, bathing, grooming and maintenance services. Easy Grooming Pet Solutions is now accepting new customers and services are provided by appointment only.

Alloy Personal Training, specializing in personal fitness training programs, will open a 1,781 square-foot facility at 6214 Muhlhauser Road in the Huff Centre. Black Mansion, a new state-of-the-art computer café with the comfort of a modern lounge, will open a 1,850 square-foot center at 9135 Cox Road. Mansion caters to tech enthusiasts, gamers, students, and professionals by offering high-performance PCs equipped with the latest hardware and software all at flexible rates. Mansion also offers consulting services and custom-built PC sales with tailored solutions to fit the specific needs and budgets of its customers. Aesthetic Beauty Bar, specializing in brows, lashes, permanent and bridal makeup, facials and more, opened a 1,600 square-foot spa at 9059 Cincinnati Dayton Road in Olde West Chester. At Aesthetic Beauty Bar customers can experience the artistry of 3D Microblading, hybrid and Ombre powder brows, or create enhanced eyes with lash services ranging from natural looking extensions to dramatic volume for captivating beauty. Systecon

Systecon, leading developers and manufacturers of custom pumping and control systems for HVAC water systems, began a 39,135 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester headquarters at 6121 Schumacher Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park. Systecon provides a variety of solutions for data centers including modular chiller plants with waterside economizers, and modular evaporative cooling and modular pumping systems. Systecon takes pride in developing new technologies in water management that save customer’s time, facility space and installation costs. 

Whole Foods Market

Whole Foods Market, a world leader in natural and organic foods with more than 500 stores in North America, Canada and the UK, will build a 40,000 square-foot market at 8300 Liberty Way in the new 50-acre Village North development planned for the northwest corner of Butler Warren Road and Liberty Way. In addition to its unshakeable commitment to sustainable agriculture, Whole Foods adds excitement and fun to shopping for groceries. The 13.6-acre Village North site plans include the Whole Foods with an attached 9,000 square-foot multi-tenant building, one 18,500 square-foot multi-tenant building, a second 8,000 square-foot multi-tenant building, and two outlots all located in West Chester Township.  

Duncan Supply Company

Duncan Supply Company, distributing a wide range of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, food service equipment, parts and accessories, opened a 56,833 square-foot Cincinnati branch at 7753 Union Centre Boulevard in the West Chester Trade Center.  Since 1936, Duncan Supply Company has taken pride in delivering the highest quality HVAC/R solutions and best value to its customers.  Duncan Supply is dedicated to providing value-added services and putting comfort and reliability in the hands of its partnering contractors and institutions.  Duncan recently announced the acquisition of the American Standard product line in Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

Riello UPS America, manufacturers of uninterruptible power systems and power quality solutions, will relocate and expand its existing West Chester operations to a 16,918 square-foot facility at 8840 Beckett Road in West Chester Commerce Center. Riello UPS America has a solutions based approach understanding customer continuity goals and configuring a solution to meet those goals. Riello’s solutions typically integrate UPS, switchgear, battery systems, network interfaces, software and services, all provided from its North American Headquarters in West Chester.

E.J. Thomas Company

E.J. Thomas Company, helping dry cleaners, laundromats, and commercial and on-site laundries thrive for 80 years, opened a 24,000 square-foot facility at 10080 Commerce Park Drive.  The EJ Thomas Company serves as the Midwest’s preferred supplier to the dry cleaning and laundry trades. From humble beginnings, EJ Thomas has grown to become part of Americlean, a larger organization serving dry cleaners, commercial laundries and laundromats throughout New England, New York, the Southeast and the Midwest. 

Titans Packaging

Titans Packaging, manufacturers of packaging processes, leased an 11,167 square-foot facility at 23 Circle Freeway Drive. Titans Packaging offers an experienced staff and innovative machine manufacturing that specializes in optimizing the packaging processes. Titans Packaging’s tabletop conveyor system offers a versatile design at an affordable price that makes it a popular system suited for a wide range of low-to-medium speed production environments. Titans Packaging also manufactures power rollers, gravity rollers, cartoners, packaging equipment and more. 

Floor & Décor

Floor & Décor, a leading specialty retailer of hard surface flooring, will open a 75,306 square-foot store at 7250 Cabela Drive (in the former Cabela’s location). Floor & Décor, a first-class retailer, offers the broadest in-stock selection of tile, wood, stone, related tools and flooring accessories at everyday low prices. At Floor & Décor, homeowners and professional contractors have access to superstore selections at warehouse prices all with showroom quality.  Additionally, two outlots are now available at the new Floor & Décor site. 

Third Federal Savings & Loan

Third Federal Savings & Loan, offering guaranteed low-rate mortgages, home equity lines of credit, savings accounts and more, will relocate its existing West Chester branch to an 8,639 square-foot office at 6192 Muhlhauser Road in the Huff Centre. Fastenal

Fastenal, one of the largest industrial supply networks in the country, relocated to a 9,510 square-foot facility at 9367 Allen Road in World Park at Union Centre. Fastenal provides companies with fasteners, tools, and supplies for manufacturing products, building structures, protecting personnel, and maintaining facilities and equipment. A variety of organizations partner with Fastenal to simplify and secure supply chains for a vast range of industrial products. Fastenal offers a suite of service models and technology solutions to bring efficiency, visibility and control. 

EST Analytical

EST Analytical, a manufacturer of analytical instruments for gas chromatography analysis, began a 1,200 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 503 Commercial Drive. For more than 30 years, EST Analytical has supplied its partners with the tools to make the world a better place. At EST, its technical support team and field service engineers have the experience, skills, and qualifications to effectively manage all of its customer’s instruments servicing them in a timely fashion for optimum productivity. Tobu Corp

Tobu Corp, a division of Food Systems Unlimited, purchased a 55,858 square-foot distribution facility at 10139 Commerce Park Drive. Tobu sets the bar for the next generation of fast food concepts for mall and airport food courts throughout the country. Tobu seeks to provide an innovative style and unique alternatives around the United States by serving only the finest ingredients and presenting the best possible experience for the customer. Food Systems Unlimited serves more than 8 million meals annually using only the finest ingredients working with local vendors and suppliers to provide the best dining experience possible. 

Crane 1

Crane 1, serving overhead crane and hoist customers in southwestern Ohio, northern Kentucky and eastern Indiana, leased a 7,018 square-foot Class A office at 9075 Centre Pointe Drive in Centre Pointe Office Park. Crane 1 has more than 25 qualified technicians, inspectors and project managers to provide superior service to its large customer base.  The certified, experienced and professional technicians at Crane 1 are dedicated to keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring overhead crane equipment is safe and operating to manufacturer’s specification.  

Upside Innovations

Upside Innovations manufactures, ships and installs ADA and IBC compliant stairs, ramps and canopies. They relocated and expanded existing West Chester operations to an 112,320 square-foot facility at 8800 Global Way off Union Centre Boulevard.  Upside Innovations’ tailor-made, durable aluminum stairs demonstrate its commitment to providing unique, functional solutions for challenging environments.  Upside’s focus is to fill a gap in the market by offering high-quality, attractive ramp systems while providing world-class service to the industry.  

OMNI Systems

OMNI Systems announced the acquisition of Honeywell’s Media business at its West Chester facility at 9290 LeSaint Court.  OMNI Systems provides a broad range of media including barcode labels, media tags, receipt paper, thermal media, RFID labels, and patient wristbands.  OMNI Systems will continue to operate the same centralized facility and Honeywell Media’s customers will have continued and uninterrupted access to the products and services they have come to expect.  OMNI Systems is confident that this acquisition will enable them to provide its customers with even more innovative and customized solutions to meet evolving needs. 

Kroger Marketplace

Kroger Marketplace, a new 122,910 square-foot full-service market will be constructed on Cox Road in West Chester Plaza to replace the existing store nearly doubling its size.  The new Kroger Marketplace will feature expanded offerings in many departments including pharmacy, health and beauty care.  The Marketplace will also feature a cheese shop, an expanded deli, bakery, general merchandise, home goods, kitchenware and toys.  The new store will offer Starbucks and a fuel station with 18 dispensers creating a one-stop-shopping experience for its customers. The nearly 30-acre site will include more than 770 parking spaces and have room for future development.  

ACTEGA North America

ACTEGA North America, a leading manufacturer of water-based and energy curable coatings, inks and adhesives for the printing and graphic arts industries, leased a 15,850 square-foot facility at 5474 Spellmire Drive off International Boulevard. ACTEGA North America, a division of Altana, offers products with high-value visual and functional appearances to paper, board, metal and plastic. ACTEGA has highly specialized technical sales and applications teams dedicated to bringing surfaces to life.  

NovaCare Rehabilitation

NovaCare Rehabilitation, specializing in outpatient physical therapy, began a 1,058 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 7720 Dudley Drive near West Chester Hospital.  At NovaCare Rehabilitation, the experienced clinical team designs an individualized plan of care for each patient that aligns with their specific goals and needs all provided in a safe, compassionate environment.  NovaCare is a division of Select Medical, one of the largest providers of critical illness recovery in hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation centers and occupational health clinics in the United States.  

IM DAZED

IM DAZED, a full-service smoke shop, opened a 1,350 square-foot store at 9225 Floer Drive off Union Centre Boulevard. IM Dazed is a one-stop destination for vaping needs with a wide selection of vape products including glass products, CBD, tobacco, disposables, hookahs and smoking accessories. VIP Smoke Shop, providing a wide variety of smoking products, opened a 1,525 square-foot shop at 7809 Cincinnati Dayton Road. VIP Smoke Shop offers a selection of vape products at affordable prices. VIVA Cincy Restaurant & Bar

VIVA Cincy Restaurant & Bar, offering a modern take on Central American cuisine, will open a 7,300 square-foot restaurant and bar at 7844 Kingland Drive (in the former Fricker’s location).  VIVA Cincy Restaurant & Bar will serve a variety of unique dishes including Mexican and Guatemalan options with the rich fusion of flavors sure to please any crowd.  VIVA Cincy’s professional bartenders have also created a custom cocktail menu with Latin American flare to delight VIVA Cincy Restaurant’s customers.

Innovatures

Innovatures, offering new EV charging stations, will open soon at 7428 Tylersville Road (between Wendy’s and Dunkin’ Donuts).Innovatures will host two DC fast chargers that provide a combined output of 360kW, simultaneously charging four CCS-equipped electric vehicles at 90kW each.All four EV charging spots accommodate large electric vehicles and provides easy wheelchair access.Customers can initiate charging via the ChargeLab app, available on Apple and Google Play Store.   

Taqueria Mi Guerrero

Taqueria Mi Guerrero, a new family-owned restaurant specializing in authentic Mexican street food, will open a 6,800 square-foot eatery at 9536 Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR 42 in Dimmick Plaza. Taqueria Mi Guerrero will offer handmade dishes such as tacos, tortas and fajitas. The chefs at Taqueria Mi Guerrero will prepare fare from their home town traditionally offered by the street vendors and small traditional markets in Guerrero, Mexico.

Chaykhana N1 serves traditional Uzbek dishes such as Shurpa and Plov, a rice pilaf that is considered Uzbekistan’s national dish, along with other central Asian cuisine.
