Affiliates in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery leased a 3,306-square-foot medical office facility in April 2005 at 7795 University Court in the University Pointe Medical Campus on Cox Road. The surgery center is expected to open mid-July 2005.

AirGas, Inc. , distributor of industrial, medical and specialty gases and related equipment to industrial and commercial markets, leased a 108,000 square foot warehouse/distribution building in October 2005 at 9449 Glades Drive off Muhlhauser Road. AirGas will take occupancy April 2006.

All That Jazz, dance studio for ages three to adult, announced in June 2005 it will relocate its existing West Chester business to a 5,900-square-foot facility at 8810 Beckett Road in Chappell Crossings being developed by Chappell Construction off Union Centre Boulevard. Associated Materials, Inc., leading manufacturer of professionally installed exterior building products, leased a 54,180-square-foot facility during January 2005 at 9109 Meridian Way in Duke's World Park at Union Centre. This new project represents 15 new jobs and a $100,000 dollar investment.

BeautyFirst, featuring unique beauty products and salon services, announced in May 2005 it will open a 3,300-square-foot facility on Voice of America Centre Drive in the VOA Shopping Centre developed by Midland Atlantic at Tylersville and Cox Roads.

Beckett Towne Center Building II, a new 20,800-square-foot professional and medical office building at 8354 Princeton-Glendale/747, was announced by Ohio Bancorp in March 2005. The 100,000-square-foot, 14-acre development is located on the east side of Princeton-Glendale/747 just north of Union Centre Boulevard.
Beckett Towne Center/Building III
Beckett Towne Center/Building III, a new 20,000-square-foot, two-story professional and medical office building designated for small office users, was announced by Ohio Bancorp in June 2005. The 100,000-square-foot, 14-acre development is located on the east side of Princeton-Glendale Road/SR 747 just north of Union Centre Boulevard. Building III will be available for occupancy late November 2005.

Carington Health Systems, an Ohio-based corporation specializing in care for the elderly, leased a 5,000-square-foot warehouse facility at 9810 Windisch Road in RGW Development's Union Commerce Center during August 2005. This will be Carington's second West Chester location.

CBI Leasing Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Commerce Bank specializing in leasing commercial equipment, relocated its existing West Chester business to a 4,778-square-foot office facility at 9100 Centre Pointe Drive in Duke Realty's Centre Pointe Office park off Muhlhauser Road in April 2005.

CDC Medical, providing medical supplies to doctors and hospitals, leased a 312-square-foot medical office facility at 8050 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Office Park (Beckett Ridge) during September 2005.
Centre Pointe Office Park IV
Centre Pointe Office Park IV, a new speculative office project, was announced in January 2005 by Duke Realty Corporation. The 134,628-square-foot Class A office building will be located at 9025 Centre Pointe Drive aside the three existing 120,000-square-foot office buildings. Building IV will complete development of the 494,628-square-foot office park. The $16 million dollar building is expected to be available November 2005. When complete, the Centre Pointe Office Park will be the 9th largest suburban office complex in the Tri-State. Duke Realty is the largest publicy traded office and industrial real estate company in the United States.

Chesterwood Village, offering upscale independent living cottages and skilled nursing care, announced in October 2005 a new 17,910 square foot facility being added to its existing community.

CiCi's Pizza, featuring the all-you-can-eat pizza buffet, announced in February 2005 it will open a new 4,086-square-foot location at 7645 Voice of America Centre Drive in the VOA Shopping Centre at Cox and Tylersville Roads. Cici's Pizza is now open at 7645 Voice of America Centre Drive in Midland Atlantic's VOA Shopping Centre.

Cintas, designer and manufacturer of corporate identity uniform programs, announced a 43,490-square-foot expansion to its existing facility at 690 Crescentville Road east of Princeton-Glendale/747 in March 2005.
City Barbeque
City Barbeque, an upscale barbeque restaurant, leased a 4,562-square-foot retail facility in May 2005 at 7706 Voice of America Centre Drive in the VOA Shopping Centre developed by Midland Atlantic at Cox and Tylersville Roads. City Barbeque is now open at 7706 Voice of America Centre in the VOA Shopping Centre. First announced in 2005.

Community Blood Center is now open at 8731 Union Centre Boulevard in the Chappell Crossing Development at Lakota Drive West. (First announced 2004).
Contech Construction Products
Contech Construction Products, a privately owned civil engineering company, announced in June 2005 it will relocate its corporate headquarters to West Chester. The 72,000-square-foot office will occopy two stories of Duke Realty's Centre Point Office Park Building Four at Union Centre Boulevard. Contech is scheduled to relocate to its new facility November 2005.

Contours Express, fitness and weight loss studio, announced in March 2005 it will open a new 1,856-square-foot facility at 4879 Smith Road west of Princeton-Glendale/747 (Beckett District).
Cruise Holidays
North America's largest cruise travel franchise, announced in January 2005 it will open a 1,242-square-foot retail facility at 7747 Cox Lane in the Tylersville Corner retail center being developed by Midland Atlantic. Cruise Holidays has 170 locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Winestyles Wine & Gifts, featuring unique labels and an Old World wine cellar, announced in August 2005 it will open a new facility in the VOA Shopping Centre developed by Midland Atlantic. Winestyles expects to open Fall 2005.

World Park at Union Centre Building 10 Duke Reality announced July 2005 it will break ground on a 414,460-square-foot speculative industrial building mid-August 2005. The 18-acre site is located on Meridan Way in Duke's World Park at Union Centre and the building will be available February 2006. Project investment is $12M.
World Park at Union Centre/Building 7
World Park at Union Centre/Building 7, a new industrial/warehouse project announced by Duke Realty in February 2005. The 275,000-square-foot building will be located at 5459 West Chester Road on the southeast corner of West Chester and Rialto Roads in the World Park at Union Centre industrial park. The facility is already 50 percent leased as of March 2005 and will be available for occupancy mid-Summer 2005.
World Wide Technology, Inc.
World Wide Technology, Inc., systems integrator providing technology and supply chain solutions, announced in November 2005 it will relocate and expand its existing West Chester operation to a 42,065 square feet facility at 9251 Meridian Way in Duke's World Park at Union Centre. World Wide Technology currently provides logistics solutions to Dell, Inc.
Xcel Sports
Xcel Sports, a multi-sport training company offering personal and group training, is opening a 32,000-square-foot sports facility at 5992 Allen Road off Muhlhauser Road. Xcel will be opening to the public mid-June 2005 featuring a Motz field turf arena, weight room, gymnasium, and three volleyball courts.

Yarns & Fabrications announced in June 2005 it will open a new 4,150-square-foot facility at 7967 Cincinnati-Dayton Road west of Interstate 75.
