Republic Wire

Republic Wire, a family-owned manufacturer of high-quality wiring products, announced a 165,000 square-foot expansion to its existing facility at 5525 Union Centre Drive (Downtown).  Republic Wire offers an extensive copper wire product line, with notable customers including the Kennedy Space Center and Disney World.  The $6.7 million expansion will retain 72 jobs and create 20 new jobs.

E Technologies Group

E Technologies Group, providers of high-value engineering and information technology services, purchased a 26,000 square-foot building at 5530 Union Centre Drive (Downtown). E Technologies Group plans to relocate its existing West Chester corporate headquarters to its new Union Centre facility creating 30 new jobs and retaining approximately 90 jobs.  E Technologies’ automation and information solutions help keep America’s manufacturing base a worldwide leader.  

GE Aviation

GE Aviation, a world-leading provider of commercial and military jet engines and components, leased an additional 4,525 square feet of Class A office space at 9050 Centre Pointe Drive in the Centre Pointe Office Park (Downtown).  GE Aviation leases a total of more than 500,000 square feet of Class A space in the Union Centre area (Downtown). 

Union Centre Office Park I

Union Centre Office Park I, a new 31,569 square-foot Class A office building is under construction by Schumacher Dugan Construction Company at 9032 Union Centre Boulevard (Downtown).  This new two-story, Class A office building is now leasing with completion slated for fourth quarter 2012. www.schumacher-dugan.com

Beckett Springs

Beckett Springs, privately-owned by Springstone, purchased from Schumacher Dugan Construction Company a 9.7 acres site at Union Centre Boulevard and Shepherd Farm Drive (Downtown) where they will construct a 37,000 square-foot inpatient mental health treatment facility.  Springstone hospitals treat adults with mental health and addiction disorders, as well as those with mental health issues arising from geriatric conditions.  Beckett Springs is slated to open July 2013. 

The Fresh Market

The Fresh Market, a European-style market, announced it will occupy a new 23,697-square-foot building being constructed at 7720 Voice of America Centre Drive in the Voice of America Centre (Uptown).  The Fresh Market features fresh produce, flowers and other perishable goods.   The Fresh Market opened August 22, 2012.

Adam Printing

Adam Printing, a full-service printing and mail fulfillment company, opened a 3,872 square-foot facility at 10132 Mosteller Lane in West Chester Township.  Adam Printing has been serving the printing needs of businesses for more than 40 years.   

Advance Auto Parts

Advance Auto Parts, a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry, announced it will open a 6,300-square-foot store at 8136 Princeton-Glendale Road in Beckett Commons.    

Aniara

Aniara, providing innovative products and solutions for the medical industry, opened a 9,600 square-foot facility at 7768 Service Center Drive off Cox Road (Uptown).  Aniara has a comprehensive offering of diagnostic and research agents as well as screening tools. 

Antonelli College

Antonelli College, a well-known member of the visual arts community in the Cincinnati area since 1947, has announced a 1,500 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester campus at 9100 West Chester Towne Centre Drive (Downtown).  The West Chester branch of Antonelli College offers graphic design, interior design, social media management and medical assisting programs.  Antonelli prepares its graduates to become qualified, well-rounded professionals with technical career training. 

Aramark Refreshment Services

Aramark Refreshment Services, a leader in professional services, announced a 5,000 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 4890 Duff Drive off Princeton-Glendale Road/SR747. Bello Vino Wine Merchants & Bar, a wine bar and store all in one, opened a 3,000 square-foot facility at 6064 West Chester Road in the former Little Sonoma location (Downtown).  Bello Vino offers wine by the glass, weekly wine tastings and craft beer, along with appetizers, gourmet pizzas and salads.  A private room is available for special wine tastings or events, as well as an outdoor seating area, and live music on the weekends.

Bob Sumerel Tire, providing a full range of tire and automotive services, announced a 1,306-square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 7889 Tylersville Road (Uptown).

Chic’s Sports Bar & Grille opened a 3,166 square-foot bar and grille at 8177 Princeton-Glendale Road in the former Grand Ole Pub space.  Billed as “not your typical sports bar”, Chic’s Sports Bar & Grille is located in West Chester Village Retail Center (Beckett Ridge) and offers a a flavorful menu of fresh, quality, made-to-order foods.

Cincinnati Dental Services, providing comprehensive dental care in a friendly, professional environment, announced it will open a 3,880 square-foot facility at 7334 Tylers Corner Drive off Tylersville Road (Uptown).  Cincinnati Dental Services believes in delivering high quality dental care with individual attention, courteous treatment and personal convenience in every visit.  Cincinnati Dental Services will open its West Chester office on March 11th utilizing state-of-the-art digital and electronic dental records.  

Claires

Claires, specializing in hair, makeup and accessories for young women, announced it will open a 1,521-square-foot store at 7688 Voice of America Centre Drive (Uptown).  Claire’s is slated to open mid-to-late March 2012. 

Clothes Mentor

Clothes Mentor, a woman’s fashion resale shop, will open a 5,025 square-foot store at 8154 Princeton-Glendale Road/SR747 in the Beckett Commons Center.  Clothes Mentor is slated to open to customers in September. 

Corghi USA, Inc.

Corghi USA, Inc., an Italian-based wheel service equipment provider, expanded and relocated its existing North American headquarters to a 27,600 square-foot facility at 6067 Schumacher Park Drive.  The Corghi USA facility features a showroom highlighting its vehicle assistance equipment and state-of-the-art seminar facility. 

Cristo Homes

Cristo Homes, a leading new home builder in the Butler and Warren County areas, announced it will relocate its corporate office to a 3,030-square-foot facility at 7594 Tylers Place Boulevard (Uptown).  Cristo Homes will be in its new facility June 2012.

Eurofins QTA

Eurofins QTA, food testing laboratories and consulting services, will relocate to a 6,000 square-foot facility in West Chester.  Eurofins QTA was approved for a 40 percent, five-year job creation tax credit. The company expects to create 12 full-time positions, generating $699,000 in additional annual payroll and retaining $1.1 million in existing payroll as a result of the company’s acquisition project in West Chester Township.  

Evenflo

Evenflo, a leading manufacturer of high quality baby care and juvenile products, leased a 3,187 square-foot office at 9277 Centre Pointe Drive in Duke Realty Corporation’s Centre Pointe Office Park (Downtown). 

Freeze Yogurt Bar

Freeze Yogurt Bar, providing a premier frozen yogurt experience that promotes social connectedness, opened a 1,251 square-foot, self-service frozen yogurt bar at 7721 Voice of America Centre Drive (Uptown).

Furniture & Cabinet Outlet Center, providing direct wholesale furniture, opened a 12,830 square-foot facility at 7716 Service Center Drive in Beacon Pointe (Uptown).  Furniture & Cabinet Outlet Center is open to the public with no membership fees, which allows them to offer prices nearly 30 to 60% below retail cost.

Gary Howard, CPA/Money Concepts, a licensed Investor Advisor Representative (IAR), financial planner, and Certified Public Accountant, opened a 1,491 square-foot office at 8240 Beckett Park Drive (Beckett).

LaCrema Coffee Company

Lighting EFX, a family-owned and operated business specializing in providing unique lighting designs, announced a 1,628 square-foot expansion to its existing facility at 7714 Voice of America Centre Drive (Uptown).  

Loft

Loft, a branch of the Ann Taylor brand and a division of Ann Inc., will join JJill, Chico’s and Barnes & Noble, as well as entertainment venues The Rave, Mitchell’s, Bravo’s and Pf Chang’s to name a few, and open a new 5,465 square-foot store at 9450 Waterfront Drive in The Streets of West Chester (Downtown).

Marshall Studio & Gallery, a teaching art studio, announced it will open a nearly 1,000 square-foot studio at 9000 Cincinnati-Dayton Road in Olde West Chester.  Marshall Studio & Gallery will offer oil painting and drawing classes for adults.  The gallery opening and grand opening will be in early December.

Mattress Firm, a national mattress retailer, opened a 36,800-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility at 4670 Interstate Drive off Princeton-Glendale Road. 

Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers

Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers, offering a variety of craft pizzas in a family-friendly, funky environment, announced it will open a 6,189 square-foot restaurant at 9238 Floer Drive in the former Rafferty’s building (Downtown).  Mellow Mushroom offers dine-in and take-out pizza pies with 49 different toppings, hoagies, soups, salads and more than 70 varieties of craft beer.  This location is Mellow Mushroom’s first southwest Ohio restaurant.

Menchies, featuring a rotating selection of eclectic frozen yogurt flavors and every topping under the sun, announced it will open a 1,214 square-foot yogurt store at 8177 Princeton-Glendale Road/SR747 (Beckett).  Menchies also serves a variety of tasty fruit sorbets, as well as low-carb and sugar-free yogurts.

Mid Ohio Golf Car, Inc., offering new and pre-owned golf cars, parts and service, opened a 5,904 square-foot facility at 4790 Dues Drive.  Mid Ohio Golf Car services and supplies the Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus areas with Yamaha golf cars, genuine Yamaha parts and Yamaha factory service, as well as other makes and models.  

Midmark Connect

Midmark Connect, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of healthcare, diagnostic, and software products for medical, veterinary, and dental markets, opened a 3,580-square-foot office at 9277 Centre Pointe Drive in Centre Pointe Office Park (Downtown). 

Millikin & Fitton

Millikin & Fitton, a full-service law firm representing individuals, families, businesses, and local government entities, leased an 8,000 square-foot Class A office space in Schumacher Dugan Construction’s new 31,569 square-foot, two-story Class A office building at 9032 Union Centre Boulevard (Downtown).  Millikin & Fitton was established in 1840 and is the oldest law firm in Butler County, Ohio.

Mojo Running, supplying runners with high quality, brand name products, relocated its existing West Chester store to a 1,424 square-foot facility at 8777 Cincinnati-Dayton Road (Olde West Chester).  

Mr. Rooter Plumbing

Mr. Rooter Plumbing, licensed and insured plumbers for residential and commercial plumbing repairs and maintenance services, opened a 5,187 square-foot facility at 9320 Sutton Place off Princeton-Glendale Road/SR747.  Mr. Rooter Plumbing is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.     

Nestle

Nestle, the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company headquartered in Switzerland, announced an 8,290 square-foot expansion to its existing facility at 9671 Cincinnati-Dayton Road in Schumacher Commerce Park.  This facility services as Nestle’s Cincinnati Direct Store Delivery location.  

Netrada Corporation

Netrada Corporation, a German-owned international provider of full-service eCommerce solutions for the fashion industry, leased a 192,000-square-foot facility at 9756 International Boulevard (Downtown).  This facility will be Netrada’s second West Chester location employing more than 500 in the Township. 

Oasis Tattoo Company

Oasis Tattoo Company, a custom tattoo studio, leased a nearly 1,000-square-foot facility at 9297 Cincinnati-Columbus Road (U.S. Route 42). 

Old Dominion Freight Line

Old Dominion Freight Line, providing regional, super-regional and intrastate domestic shipping, assembly and distribution, announced it will relocate and expand its existing West Chester operations with the purchase of a 61,360 square-foot cross-dock freight terminal at 6431 Centre Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park.  Old Dominion is slated to open at its new location in December with approximately 95 employees.

Pet People, a premier store for high quality natural pet foods and unique pet supplies, announced it will open a 7,488 square-foot pet store in the former Hollywood Video building at 7341 Tylers Place Boulevard off Tylersville Road (Uptown).  Pet People is slated to open fourth quarter 2012.  

PIVOTek

PIVOTek, a manufacturer of prefabricated modular rooms used in healthcare, hospitality, higher education, and public sectors, opened a 52,000 square-foot manufacturing facility at 9525 Glades Drive off Muhlhauser Road.  

Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut, featuring a variety of pizza and pasta specialties, announced it will open a 1,560 square-foot facility at 8179 Princeton-Glendale Road/SR747 (Beckett).  This Pizza Hut location will offer carry out and delivery services only.

PowerSteps, specializing in the sales and distribution of orthotics products, relocated its business to a 25,250-square-foot facility at 8930 Global Way (Downtown). 

Print Zone

Print Zone, a full-service offset and digital printing company, opened a 1,131 square-foot facility at 9588 Cincinnati-Columbus Road/SR42 north of Dimmick Road.

Quality Associates, a leader in the contract packaging industry, announced a 13,855 square-foot expansion to its existing facility at 9842 International Boulevard.  Quality Associates is a packaging company providing project management, design, and fulfillment operations for a complete supply chain system.

Quasonix, designs, develops and manufactures high performance aeronautical telemetry products, announced a 4,760-square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 6025 Schumacher Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park (Downtown). 

Quest Diagnostics

Quest Diagnostics, a national network of laboratories and clinical testing services, will relocate its existing West Chester business to a 1,310 square-foot medical facility at 7608 Cox Lane (Uptown).  Quest Diagnostics is slated to open at its new location early September.   

R.W. Baird

R.W. Baird, an employee-owned wealth management, capital markets, asset management and private equity firm, opened a 1,300 square-foot office at 8548 Lakota West Drive (Downtown).   

Rite Rug

Rite Rug, specializing in quality, affordable flooring, announced it will expand and relocate its existing West Chester business to a 60,000-square-foot warehouse facility at 9976 International Boulevard (Downtown).  Rite Rug will also open a 2,800-square-foot retail center at 10020 International Boulevard in front of its new warehouse location.  Rite Rug has thousands of carpet, wood floors, hardwood, laminate and tile flooring products available for residential and commercial customers. 

RJs Sports Pub

RJs Sports Pub, celebrating food, fun and spirits, announced it will open its 4,087-square-foot facility at 7886 Cincinnati-Dayton Road in the former Guenther’s building (Midtown).  RJ’s Sports Pub is scheduled to open May 1st and will feature daily lunch and dinner specials.

Salon You-Phoria of West Chester

Salon You-Phoria of West Chester, specializing in products and services that enhance your personal appearance and mental relaxation, announced it will open a nearly 1,000-square-foot salon at 9092 Cox Road in West Chester Plaza (U.S. Route 42).  Salon You-Phoria of West Chester will celebrate its grand opening April 1st. 

Salvation Army (The)

Salvation Army (The), a non-profit social service organization, purchased a 21,400 square-foot facility (the former Sears Hardware building) at 7900 Tylersville Square Drive in the Tylersville Square anchored by Lowes (Uptown).  The Salvation Army is a faith-based charity originally established in London in 1865, which has been helping people with all types of social service needs in the United States for 130 years. The 2.4 acre site was purchased for $1.7 million. 

Schneider Electric

Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management, leased a 10,670 square-foot facility at 9928 Windisch Road (Downtown).   Schneider Electric provides solutions for power and control, critical power, energy efficient, automation and renewable energy from plant to plug.  This new facility is Schneider Electric’s second West Chester location.    

Sears Home Appliance Showroom

Sears Home Appliance Showroom, specializing in the retail sales of appliances, leased a 5,530 square-foot showroom facility at 7554 Voice of America Centre Drive in the VOA Shopping Center (Uptown). 

Sentrilock

Sentrilock LLC, the official Lockbox provider of the National Association of REALTORS, announced it will relocate to a 96,000 square-foot facility at 7701 Service Center Drive in the Beacon Pointe development (Uptown).  Sentrilock is owned by the National Association of REALTORS, America’s largest trade association representing more than one million members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.  Sentrilock currently has 84 employees with plans to grow to approximately 120 employees within five years.  Sentrilock is slated to open at its new location mid-2013. 

Shoot Extreme

Shoot Extreme, a reality-based firearms training and recreational shooting range, announced it will open a 12,891 square-foot facility at 7773 Cincinnati-Dayton Road in the former Fitquest building (Midtown).  Shoot Extreme shoot house ranges wrap heart-pounding shooting experiences and reality-based training into an adventure destination for the whole family.  Shoot Extreme will open early August 2012.

Signs Now, specializing in computer-designed signs, graphics and banners, opened a 4,477-square-foot facility at 9850 Princeton-Glendale Road/SR747.  Signs Now provides high-quality indoor and outdoor signs, digital signage, tradeshow graphics, vehicle wraps, wall logos and more.

Spicy Olive (The), specializing in the freshest and healthiest olive oils and balsamic vinegars available, announced the opening of a 2,616 square-foot tasting emporium at 7671 Cox Lane (Uptown).  At The Spicy Olive you can experience the difference fresh makes and taste, bottle and take home the freshest oils and vinegars available.

Spring Street Vitamins, a complete local nutrition center, opened a 1,355 square-foot store at 7740 Dudley Drive (Uptown). 

Stampin Up!

Stampin Up!, offering crafting, card making and scrapbooking supplies, leased a nearly 1,000 square-foot facility at 8777 Cincinnati-Dayton Road in Olde West Chester. 

Stolle Milk Biologics (SMBI)

Stolle Milk Biologics (SMBI), a global leader in health-related products derived from milk-based technology, opened a 2,500 square-foot facility at 4735 Devitt Drive.  Through 40 years of research, SMBI has elevated milk’s inherent healing capabilities to provide many benefits to overall human health, including complementing the body’s anti-inflammatory response, promoting improved anti-body function, and helping to enhance athletic performance.  

Synergy Consulting Group

Synergy Consulting Group, providing high quality information technology recruiting and consulting services for businesses, leased a 1,229 square-foot Class A office space at 9100 West Chester Towne Centre Drive (Downtown).    

Taiyo Wei Asian Diner

Taiyo Wei Asian Diner, specializing in Chinese and Japanese cuisine, opened a new 1,200 square-foot restaurant at 8179 Princeton-Glendale Road/SR747.  Taiyo Wei offers a wide array of authentic Asian dishes for dine in, carry out or catering.  

Taylor Corporation

Taylor Corporation, a third-party logistics company, leased a 21,600 square-foot facility at 5428 Duff Drive off Princeton-Glendale Road/SR747.   

Thomas & Sons Automotive

Thomas & Sons Automotive, providing a full range of automotive repair services, opened a 6,300-square-foot facility at 7984 Cincinnati-Dayton Road (Midtown).  Thomas & Sons does everything from oil changes to engine rebuilds.  

Tire Centers, LLC

Tire Centers, LLC, one of America’s premier tire service centers, leased a 31,440 square-foot facility at 4670 Interstate Drive off Princeton-Glendale Road/SR747.  Tire Centers has service dealers with company-owned locations and external network alliances servicing all 50 states.  Tire Centers will open at its new facility Nov. 5th. 

Total Quality Logistics (TQL)

Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the nation’s third largest freight brokerage firm, leased a 12,490 square-foot facility at 8630 Jacquemin Drive in Schumacher Dugan Construction’s Officeplex at Union Centre.  For more than 14 years, TQL has specialized in arranging the transportation of full truckload shipments for thousands of companies across the country in various industry segments.  TQL will employee as many as 100 in the next two years.  

Trailines

Trailines, the trailer professionals, announced a 4,800 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 10045 Windisch Road (Downtown).  Trailines offers trailer sales, service and a full line of trailer parts.     

TSJ Buckeye Distributing

TSJ Buckeye Distributing, Ohio’s fastest growing beverage and snack distributor, announced a 4,680 square-foot expansion to its existing distribution facility at 5252 Rialto Road (Downtown).  

TW Telecom of Ohio

TW Telecom of Ohio, the third-largest business Ethernet provider in the U.S., opened a 9,510 square-foot facility at 9367 Allen Road (Downtown).  This is TW Telecom’s second West Chester location. 

UC Health Womans Center

UC Health Woman’s Center will encompass 26,000 square feet of new space, with 47 exam rooms, large and small conference rooms, a retail store and a café.  The Center is currently under construction in the UC Health Physician’s Office South, which is a 100,000 square-foot Class A medical office building adjacent to West Chester Hospital in the UC Health West Chester campus.  The Women’s Center is scheduled to open mid-2013 after several years of research, planning and development.  UC Health Women’s Center goal is to provide a comprehensive, outpatient, multi-specialty healthcare center or “medical home” for all women from adolescence through adulthood.  

United Dairy Farmers (UDF)

United Dairy Farmers (UDF), a manufacturer of affordable, quality ice cream, will construct a new 5,368 square-foot UDF store at 9022 Princeton-Glendale Road/SR747 at Port Union Road, across the street from its current location.  United Dairy Farmers has been making ice cream for more than 60 years and has almost 200 stores. 

United Process Controls

United Process Controls, providing industrial process controls and automation, leased a 13,611 square-foot facility at 8904 Beckett Road (Downtown).     

USA Gold & Diamond Exchange

USA Gold & Diamond Exchange, specializing in the purchase of gold, silver, diamonds and electronics, announced it will open a 1,288 square-foot store at 6883 Fountains Boulevard off Cincinnati-Dayton Road (Midtown).  USA Gold & Diamond Exchange will also offer jewelry repair at wholesale prices.  The store is slated to open late November. 

V.I.P. Printing & Design

V.I.P. Printing & Design, a commercial and quick printer, relocated and expanded its existing West Chester business to a 5,400 square-foot facility at 4836 Duff Drive nearly doubling its space.  Established in 1987, V.I.P. Printing & Design offers a full range of services from high-speed copying to four-color printing to laser engraving.  

Valeo Climate Control Corporation

Valeo Climate Control Corporation, dedicated to the design, production, manufacture and sales of components, integrated systems and modules for the automotive industry, leased a 47,250 square-foot warehouse facility at 4438 North Park Boulevard.  Valeo ranks among the world’s top automotive suppliers.    

Valvoline

Valvoline, a business unit of world-wide chemical and plastics distributor Ashland, Inc., expanded and relocated its existing West Chester business to a 321,464 square-foot warehouse facility at 9451 Meridian Way (Downtown).  

Verifi

Verifi, specializing in fraud, risk management and payment management services, opened a 13,874 square-foot facility at 9466 Meridian Way in World Park at Union Centre (Downtown). 

Waffle House

Waffle House, a national restaurant chain with more than 1,700 locations in 25 states, announced it will construct a new 1,637 square-foot restaurant at 7733 Cox Road (Uptown).  Waffle House is a privately-owned, debt free, 24-hour business.  Construction on the new facility is slated to begin late Spring.  This will be the second Waffle House location in West Chester. 

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, offering customized financial solutions, opened a 2,600 square-foot sales office at 8742 Union Centre Boulevard (Downtown).  This is Wells Fargo’s second West Chester facility.  

West Chester Fitness Club

West Chester Fitness Club, specializing in personal training, weight loss, boot camps, sports training, and more, opened a 5,800-square-foot gym at 9154 Port Union-Rialto Road (Downtown). 

West Chester Tax & Accounting

West Chester Tax & Accounting, a full-service accounting and tax preparation firm, opened a 2,460 square-foot office at 6938 Tylersville Road at Cincinnati-Dayton Road in Tylersville Junction (Midtown).  

Wine List (The)

Wine List (The), a full-service neighborhood wine and spirits store, announced it will relocate to a 2,010 square-foot facility at 7753 Tylersville Road (Uptown).  The Wine List has served the West Chester area for more than 10 years with an international selection of wine, beer, gourmet foods, specialty gift baskets, wine accessories and gourmet cheese. The Wine List will open in its new location mid-February.  

Woodhull

Woodhull, offering a complete line of Ricoh copy, printing, scanning and document storage solutions, relocated and expanded its existing West Chester business to a 2,400 square-foot facility at 8750 Union Centre Boulevard (Downtown).  The new location includes a technical center displaying hardware and software solutions.  Woodhull has been providing total document management solutions for more than 60 years.
