E Technologies Group

E Technologies Group, one of the largest engineering firms in the United States, announced it will relocate its existing West Chester corporate headquarters to a 14,000 square-foot facility at 8614 Jacquemin Drive off Union Centre Boulevard.  E Technologies Group provides automation, control and information solutions to the Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Metals, Parcel, Consumer Products, and Food & Beverage industries.  The new facility, with 52 workstations, 20 private offices, two conference rooms, a training room, café, and wellness room,  will be more conducive to offering its local associates a flexible workforce structure while also being a gathering space for out-of-town associates and clients.  E Technologies Group has 14 locations and more than 300 associates working throughout the United States. 

Amazon

Amazon, engaging in the retail sale of consumer products and subscriptions in North America and internationally, announced it will open a new 142,776 square-foot distribution facility at 9309 Cincinnati Dayton Road.  The new commercial building will be constructed on a 42-acre property near Allen Road.  Amazon’s West Chester distribution facility will focus on last-mile delivery to customers.  Amazon delivery providers enable fast, every day shipping. 

Honeywell Intelligrated

Honeywell Intelligrated, a leading North American-based, single-source provider of automated material handling solutions and intelligent software announced a 45,000 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 4436 Muhlhauser Road.  Honeywell Intelligrated designs, manufactures, integrates and installs complete material handling automation solutions that drive fulfillment productivity for retailers, manufacturers and logistics providers around the world including conveyor systems, sortation systems, palletizers, robotics and order picking technologies. 

Frito-Lay

Frito-Lay, the $18 billion convenient foods business unit of PepsiCo, announced a 35,638 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester distribution center at 7781 Service Center Drive off Cox Road.  This expansion will more than double the size of Frito-Lay’s facility since opening at this location in West Chester 25 years ago.  Frito-Lay makes some of the most popular, high-quality snacks available in the marketplace today including Lay’s, Ruffles, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, SunChips and Fritos corn chips.  

Tennant Packaging Corporation (TPC)

Tennant Packaging Corporation (TPC), specializing in innovative packaging solutions for the clinical trial, laboratory research and pharmaceutical fields, opened a 105,438 square-foot manufacturing facility at 10132 Business Center Way. Founded in 2002 to address a recognized void in the packaging industry, TPC has grown to serve the global life sciences marketplace with locations in the United States, Belgium and Singapore.  Since its inception, Tennant Packaging Corporation has grown to meet the industry’s needs by providing new products, lab supplies, and services including medical kitting and logistics.  This will be Tennant Packaging Corporation’s second West Chester location. 

Chemlock Metals

Chemlock Metals, a leading chemical manufacturer, relocated its existing West Chester corporate headquarters to a 2,415 square-foot Class A office space at 9100 West Chester Towne Centre.  Chemlock Metals manufacturers copper, cobalt, chromium and more.  Chemlock Metal’s management team includes executives and chemical engineers from M.I.T. and former VP’s from Fortune 1000 companies.  Chemlock does business in more than 28 countries worldwide.  

IVX Health

IVX Health, providing biologic injections and infusions, opened a 2,353 square-foot medical office at 9318 Union Centre Boulevard in the U.S. Bank building. IVX Health infusion centers provide infusion therapy and injections for a wide range of conditions including Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, multiple sclerosis, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, severe asthma, immunotherapy and more.  IVX Health’s Union Centre infusion center is conveniently located and offers flexible scheduling including evening and weekend appointments. At IVX Health, patients can relax in their own private suites that are equipped with Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV and comfortable recliners with room for guests.  

Mayfield Brain & Spine

Mayfield Brain & Spine, specializing in the compassionate care of patients with diseases and disorders of the brain and spine, began a 6,460 square-foot expansion to its existing Class A medical office space at 9075 Centre Pointe Drive in Centre Pointe Office Park. Mayfield Brain & Spine is a full-service patient care provider of the Mayfield Clinic. As a trusted independent physician group, its mission is to provide the best brain and spine care to the more than 25,000 patients its sees each year throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas. 

Schneider Electric

Schneider Electric, a global leader in sustainable energy management and industrial automation, leased a 73,750 square-foot facility at 5455 West Chester Road.  Schneider Electric’s expertise in energy technologies, services, energy management and automation allows companies to integrate and connect operational technologies.  Schneider Electric has operations in more than 100 countries across numerous market segments, and has multiple West Chester locations.  

Ryan Homes/NVR

Ryan Homes/NVR, nationwide home builders and mortgage providers, began a 4,030 square-foot expansion to its existing office at 8622 Jacquemin Drive in Schumacher Dugan’s Union Centre OfficePlex.  Since 1948, the professionals at Ryan Homes have been committed to providing unparalleled customer care, innovative designs, quality construction, affordable prices and creating desirable communities in prime locations.  NVR, a parent company of Ryan Homes, offers a wide variety of mortgage programs to fit any need.  Ryan Homes and NVR offices can be found throughout 33 metropolitan areas in 14 states.

Amify, award-winning Amazon strategy content and advertising partners, leased a 30,660 square-foot facility at 8531 Trade Center Drive in West Chester Trade Center off Union Centre Boulevard.  Amify is a trusted advisor and one-stop-shop partner focused on maximizing the potential of brands sold on Amazon.  Amify provides complete brand protection, content, advertising and operations management services. 

Urbandi

Urbandi, a home décor manufacturer specializing in fire place mantels, shelves and brackets, relocated its existing West Chester operations to an 18,362 square-foot facility at 9818 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747.  At Urbandi, each fireplace mantel, shelf and bracket is designed, handcrafted and made as a one-of-a-kind piece.  Urbandi takes pride in its workmanship and quality, and offers a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.

Clark Schaefer Hackett, a results-driven advisory and accounting firm, opened an 8,400 square-foot facility at 5474 Spellmire Drive.  Situated between Dayton and Cincinnati, Clark Schaefer Hackett’s West Chester office is home to many of its technology and operations experts.  Clark Schaefer Hackett team members are innovators and problem solvers, optimizing business results in the areas of financial, technology and workforce development.  

Robertson Heating Supply Company

Robertson Heating Supply Company, an industry leader in HVAC and plumbing wholesale distribution, will relocate to a 32,819 square-foot training office and showroom at 8800 Global Way.  Robertson Heating Supply Company has been family-owned and operated since 1934 with 36 branches serving Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia and Northern Kentucky including six kitchen and bath retail showrooms.  

Wholesale Marine

Wholesale Marine, an e-commerce store built by boaters for boaters, began a 21,400 square-foot addition to its existing warehouse and distribution facility at 147 Circle Freeway Drive.  Wholesale Marine offers high-quality boating products for low prices from only the top manufacturers.  Founded in 1979, its company mission is to provide boaters with quality marine products at a low price.  

WHM Equipment

WHM Equipment, suppliers of standard and custom conveyor solutions, will relocate to a 46,323 square-foot facility at 4664 Brate Drive in West Chester Trade Center.  WHM Equipment Company serves industrial manufacturers and commercial customers involved in processing, packaging, manufacturing and material handling of consumer products and durable goods.  Founded in 1968, WHM Equipment Company has developed leading-edge expertise in conveyors systems used to move and manipulate products.  

Vasantha North America

Vasantha North America, a design and manufacturer of custom molds, opened a 15,675 square-foot technical center at 9810 Windisch Road.  Vasantha North America provides innovative solutions in silicone and plastic micro-injection molding for various medical applications.  Headquartered in India and a significant presence globally, Vasantha’s proven expertise in technology and innovation has enabled it to successfully decipher the changing requirements of the industry and turn out technologically superior products since 1989. 

You Move Me Cincinnati

You Move Me Cincinnati, a locally-owned and operated professional moving service, opened a 1,200 square-foot facility at 9536 Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR42.  The professionals at You Move Me Cincinnati pioneered a new standard for the moving industry with customer experience that is different from what is expected.  You Move Me movers are friendly, careful and fully insured.  

Acuren Inspection

Acuren Inspection, providers of state-of-the-art, non-destructive testing, inspection, and engineering services, will relocate its existing West Chester operations to a 71,833 square-foot facility at 4692 Brate Drive in West Chester Trade Center.  Acuren Inspection provides safe and high quality mechanical and inspection solutions allowing crews access to difficult-to-reach locations.  In addition, Acuren’s world-class engineers, scientists, and technologists have extensive experience in the field and in Acuren labs across U.S. and Canada.  

On-Shelf Marketing Group (OSMG)

On-Shelf Marketing Group (OSMG), a full-service broker specializing in Walmart, Kroger, Costco, and best-in-market national representation, began a 3,693 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester operations at 9924 Windisch Road.  Each OSMG partner serves as independently-owned regional brokers. OSMG brokers cultivate personal relationships and familiarity with accounts in their region to provide customers with national coverage that drives results.  

University Moving and Storage

University Moving and Storage, a full-service relocation company, will relocate its existing West Chester operations to a 56,854 square-foot facility at 4664 Brate Drive in West Chester Trade Center.  University Moving and Storage provides moving, storage and distribution services to homeowners, businesses and governmental clients.  Since 1969, University Moving and Storage has been a trusted source for moving and storage needs throughout the region.

New Era Technology, a global managed technology solutions provider, leased a 2,196 square-foot Class A space at 9078 Union Centre Boulevard in Schumacher Dugan’s Centre Place office building.  New Era Technology serves as a trusted adviser to more than 8,000 customers worldwide. Customers rely on New Era’s seamless blend of solutions that securely connect people, places, and information in a rapidly changing digital world.  New Era Technology has offices in North America, the United Kingdom, Asia-Pacific and Europe. 

Crescent Park

Crescent Park, a multi-faceted supply chain provider, began a 252,000 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester operations at 5226 E. Provident Drive.  Crescent Park is a family-owned business that goes back five generations with its corporate headquarters in West Chester on Crescent Park Drive.  Crescent Park also operates plants in the Midwest and the eastern United States, and provides contract packaging and parts fulfillment services while being a Premier Service Provider to the Fortune 500 clients it services.  

Clarity Retail Services

Clarity Retail Services, a design development agency specializing in signage, displays, fixtures, and branded elements, relocated its North American headquarters to a 77,557 square-foot facility at 5115 Excello Court.  Clarity Retail Services support world-class companies in the retail, hospitality and restaurant marketplaces.  Clarity Retail Services was formed to create items that navigate, educate, and motivate shoppers in retail stores.  Clarity Retail delivers solutions that drive business and generate sales for its customers by executing all of the steps in the process from idea to in-store. 

Stanley Convergent Security Solutions

Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, specializing in a comprehensive line of products, services and technologies, relocated its existing West Chester field operations branch office to a 4,260 square-foot facility at 4862 Business Center Way in Tri County Business Center.  Stanley Convergent Security Solutions is the security provider of choice for schools, hospitals, governments, retailers, financial service institutions, airports and many others. 

Texas Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse, an American steakhouse famous for hand-cut steaks and fresh-baked bread, announced a 1,346 square-foot expansion to its existing location at 7309 Kingsgate Way off Tylersville Road.  Texas Roadhouse is also famous for its fall-off-the-bone ribs, made-from-scratch sides, and legendary margaritas.  The expansion will include additional space for carryout, storage and a cooler enlargement.  In addition, the West Chester Board of Zoning Appeals has approved Texas Roadhouse’s request for a parking lot expansion on a separate lot and additional signage.  

T-Mobile

T-Mobile, providing wireless communication products and services, opened a 2,508 square-foot store at 8220 Market Place Drive in Hutzelman Square off Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747.  T-Mobile delivers advanced 4G LTE and transformative 5G network connectivity to post-paid, pre-paid and wholesale customers nationwide.  

Convergence Research

Convergence Research, providing consumer reporting agencies with fast, economical wholesale pre-employment and pre-tenant research, relocated its existing West Chester corporate headquarters to a 5,242 square-foot Class A office at 9100 West Chester Towne Centre Drive near The Square at Union Centre.  The mission at Convergence Research is to help its clients grow by providing actionable, accurate and compliant public information research utilizing best-in-class technology.  Over the past 15 years, Convergence Research has expanded its corporate headquarters multiple times in West Chester to accommodate for its continued growth.

Queen City Harley Davidson

Queen City Harley Davidson, an authorized Harley Davidson dealership specializing in sales, service, parts, and accessories, announced plans it will expand and relocate to a 46,975 square-foot new commercial building it will construct on nearly 11 acres off Princeton Glendale Road just south of Union Centre Boulevard.  Queen City Harley Davidson announced the $6.1 million project after receiving a tax incentive from West Chester and Butler County.  Queen City Harley Davidson brings to West Chester 49 jobs. 

Agiliti Health

Agiliti Health, a leading national provider of medical technology management and service solutions to the healthcare industry, began a 15,384 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester operations at 9884 Windisch Road.  Agiliti Health offers a full range of equipment-based services including rental, on-site managed services and supplemental clinical engineering services.  Agiliti Health works side-by-side with clinicians, supply chain teams and clinical engineers in more than 7,000 locations giving them a unique perspective on medical equipment.

Great Lakes Petroleum Co., a family-owned and operated petroleum delivery organization for more than 35 years, leased a 12,583 square-foot maintenance facility at 4709 Interstate Drive in TLP Capital Center off Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747.  Great Lakes Petroleum Co. provides innovative fuel product solutions, reliable delivery and outstanding customer service 365 days a year even during natural disasters.  

Nova Health Therapy

Nova Health Therapy, natural hormone replacement therapy provider, opened a 2,590 square-foot medical office at 4866 Wunnenberg Way off Union Centre Boulevard.  Nova Health Therapy custom designs therapy for each individual customer with superior patient care being its primary focus. 

Cutting Edge Flooring Services

Cutting Edge Flooring Services, a family-owned business providing superior carpet, flooring sales and installation services, opened a 4,000 square-foot facility at 5233 Muhlhauser Road near International Boulevard.  In business since 2012, Cutting Edge Flooring Services takes pride in providing excellent customer service to ensure customers get the right quality product for their flooring project at great value.

The Learning Experience, academy of early education, began construction of a 9,816 square-foot educational day care facility at 7570 Foster Lane in the Oaks of Wetherington off Liberty Way in West Chester.The L.E.A.P. Taylor Logistics

Taylor Logistics, a national third-party logistics provider, opened a 129,600 square-foot fulfillment center at 5257 East Provident Drive.  The new location will become Taylor Logistics’ third public multi-client warehouse in West Chester including its national headquarters on International Boulevard.  Taylor Logistics is one of the nation’s most progressive family-owned logistics companies currently in the 6th and 7th generation of ownership.  From its founding in 1850 to today, Taylor’s passion is finding solutions for its customers through its various services from food-grade warehousing both contract and public, freight brokerage, packaging, kitting, eCommerce, intermodal drayage and trucking all of which are customizable and technology-driven.

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, a leading supplier of original replacement parts and accessories for products used throughout the home, leased a 41,600 square-foot facility at 8720 LeSaint Drive off Union Centre Boulevard.  In business for nearly 70 years, Encompass also offers complete parts supply chain management, 3PL, depot repair, reverse logistics services, and also carries a large inventory of OEM parts from a wide variety of manufacturers.  This will be Encompass Supply Chain Solutions first Ohio location.  

Enterprise Truck Rental/Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise Truck Rental/Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a worldwide leader in truck and car rentals, will open a 4,660 square-foot facility at 10034 Cincinnati Dayton Road near Gano Road.  Enterprise Truck Rental offers commercial-grade trucks, vans and pickups at competitive rates.  Enterprise Rent-A-Car will offer a wide variety of makes and models to choose from at its West Chester location.  The new Enterprise Rental location is slated to open in the spring.  

Apex Clinicare

Apex Clinicare, urgent care and wellness center, opened a 4,927 square-foot medical office at 8148 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747 in Beckett Commons.  Apex Clinicare offers services from simple coughs, cuts and infections to sprains, burns, injections, fractures and more.  Walk-ins and appointments are welcome at Apex Clinicare for physicals, laboratory testing and procedures. 

West Chester Toys

West Chester Toys, a new locally-owned toy store promoting fun activity and family interaction for toddlers to adults, will open a 1,800 square-foot shop at 9135 Cox Road near Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR 42.West Chester Toys offers a wide selection of STEM activities, Do-It-Yourself toys, specialty candies, snacks, craft sodas and more.Visiting West Chester Toys is an experience—there’s a train table for toddlers to discover, a video machine with more than 400 retro arcade games for all ages to play, a children’s theatre area and more. 

USA Benefits Group

USA Benefits Group, a nationwide network of independent health and life insurance professionals serving individuals, small businesses and the self-employed, opened a 3,623 square-foot office at 9373 Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR 42.  USA Benefits Group offers health insurance, accident plans, GAP plans, dental, RX drug plans, life insurance, Medicare supplements, annuities and other insurance products.  

Biggby Coffee

Biggby Coffee, a national coffeehouse chain, announced it will open a 1,847 square-foot coffee shop at 9433 Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR 42 adjacent to Giant Liquor south of West Chester Road.  Biggby Coffee features a variety of coffees, tea, bagels and muffins.  The West Chester Biggby Coffee shop will offer indoor seating and drive thru options.  

Mobile Air & Power Rentals

Mobile Air & Power Rentals, providers of temporary cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power solutions for most any application, relocated its existing West Chester operations to an 18,000 square-foot facility at 9950 Commerce Park Drive.  Mobile Air & Power Rentals also provides nationwide disaster response and solutions through its specialty division, Mobile DRi offering a wide variety of generators, air movers, humidifiers and more.

Hickman Orthodontics, specializing in the latest cutting-edge orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics technology, began a 3,910 square-foot expansion of its existing West Chester practice at 4747 Tylersville Road in Tylersville Retail Center near Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747.  Dr. Eric Hickman offers many types of braces including traditional metal braces, esthetic ceramic braces, Invisalign, and other orthodontic advancements.  

Evoqua Water Technologies

Dunkin’ Donuts/Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, a joint food service model by Gilligan Oil Co., announced it will construct a new 3,207 square-foot Popeye’s and 2,310 square-foot Dunkin’ on the former Perkins property at 7412 Tylersville Road at the northeast corner of I-75.  Guests at the new Dunkin’ will find high-quality, great tasting Dunkin’ products that can be enjoyed all day including freshly brewed hot and iced coffees, iced tea, lattes and Dunkin’s signature donuts.  The new Popeye’s restaurant will serve the distinct, Cajun-inspired, southern-style food that has made Popeye’s famous including its spicy chicken, seafood, sandwiches and signature sides.
