Shepherd Color Company, a world-class, global producer of complex inorganic color pigments, began a 49,500 square-foot expansion to its corporate headquarters at 4300 Dues Drive.  Shepherd Color Company is a fourth-generation, family-owned business which originated in the 1920s ceramics industry as a supplier of colors for porcelain enamels.  By the early 1960s, Shepherd Color’s product line expanded to a full range of complex inorganic pigments for the premium coatings and plastics markets.  Today, Shepherd Color products are used in many diverse applications where performance is critical under the most extreme conditions.  Shepherd Color Company has locations in Brussels, Melbourne and Japan, and it supplies millions of pounds annually of high-quality pigments to customers around the world.  

HealthTech Bioactives US, Inc.

HealthTech Bioactives US, Inc., a leading global company specializing in flavonoids and vitamin B12 derivatives, leased a 6,518 square-foot facility at 9878 Windisch Road.  After 40 years in the pharmaceutical world of ingredients of natural origin, HTBA is still determined to formulate today the new methods of tomorrow.  HTBA covers the entire value chain, from raw materials to merchandise, with global reach in pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, human and animal nutrition, and cosmetics.  

SanMar

SanMar, the nation’s premier supplier of wholesale imprintable clothing and accessories, announced a 275,415 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 8901 Global Way.  A family-owned and operated business launched in 1971, SanMar believes blank apparel is just the beginning of countless inspiring stories.  Screen printers, embroiderers, athletic dealers, promotional companies and more count on SanMar for top-quality apparel. Whether it is supporting its communities and customers or reducing its environmental impact, creating positive change is at the heart of everything SanMar does.  Schumacher Dugan is the contractor for this project.  

Synchrony

Synchrony, an FDIC-insured online bank, leased 45,818 square-foot of Class A office space for its corporate headquarters at 9025 Centre Pointe Drive in Centre Pointe Office Park.  Synchrony is a Fortune 500 company that has been helping consumers reach for what's important for more than 80 years.  As an online bank, Synchrony is unburdened by the expense of traditional brick-and-mortar branches which means it can pass those collective savings on to its customers through its market-leading rates.  Synchrony is also the leading provider of private-label credit in the United States for many of the country’s major retailers. 

Storopack

Storopack, an international protective packaging and technical molded parts specialist, leased a 204,288 square-foot facility at 4600 Brate Drive in West Chester Trade Center.  As a family-owned, leading global supplier, tradition and innovation play a key role in everything Storopack does.  For more than 60 years, Storopack’s goal has been to offer customers the perfect protective packaging solutions.  Storopack works closely with its customers to develop and customize protective packaging to meet its customer’s needs.  Storopack has 68 worldwide locations in 19 countries.  This will be Storopack’s third West Chester location with its corporate headquarters located on Devitt Drive off of Princeton Glendale Road.  

Taylor Logistics

Taylor Logistics, a national third-party logistics provider, announced it will open a 415,000 square-foot, food-grade certified building at 9287 Meridian Way in World Park at Union Centre.  Taylor Logistics, is one of the nation’s most progressive family-owned logistics companies currently in the 6th and 7th generation of ownership.  From its founding in 1850 to today, Taylor’s passion is finding solutions for its customers through various services from food-grade warehousing both contract and public, freight brokerage, packaging, kitting, eCommerce, intermodal drayage and trucking all of which are customizable and technology-driven.  This will be Taylor Logistics fourth West Chester facility including its corporate headquarters on International Boulevard.

Yuasa International

Yuasa International, importers and distributors of CNC machine tools and accessories made by Japan’s top manufacturers, opened its 1,350 square-foot Ohio Technical Center at 5900 West Chester Road.  With in-house engineering and logistics expertise, Yuasa offers system design proposals that combine CNC equipment with peripheral equipment and information systems to create advanced turn-key solutions.  The goal at Yuasa is to provide a complete range of products and services meeting the needs of all manufacturers with the highest quality machines, equipment and accessories.  

Tytek Industries

Tytek Industries, specializing in contract design and manufacturing services that solve problems and bring ideas to life, will open a 13,565 square-foot facility at 8904 Beckett Road.  Tytek Industries provide expertise to medical and rescue, automotive, consumer products and other industries that count on them for money-savings, continuous, on-the-spot supervision and clear communications.  Tytek’s services include product development design for manufacture, component and process sourcing, full production, marketing and communications, and more. 

Tosca

Tosca, a global leader in reusable packaging solutions, leased a 166,979 square-foot facility at 4591 Brate Drive in the West Chester Trade Center.  For more than 60 years, Tosca’s mission has been to revolutionize the flow of goods through the food supply chain eliminating waste at every turn using reusable containers and pallets that preserve product quality, reduce shrink and labor costs.  Tosca provides unique end-to-end pooling capabilities offering growers, suppliers and retailers a smarter and more sustainable ways to move their products from source to shelf. 

McSunley

McSunley, specializing in the distribution of wholesale kitchen products to U.S. retailers, opened a 19,990 square-foot facility at 8756 Global Way off Union Centre Boulevard.  McSunley focuses on direct import, private label programs building successful and profitable relationships with retailers, distributors and factories.  McSunley’s core strength is cookware and houseware items manufactured through a select network of Indian factories developed and partnered with for more than 20 years.  

Schneider Electric

Schneider Electric, a global leader in sustainable energy management and industrial automation, leased a 73,750 square-foot facility at 5455 West Chester Road.  Schneider Electric’s expertise in energy technologies, services, energy management and automation allows companies to integrate and connect operational technologies.  Schneider Electric has operations in more than 100 countries across numerous market segments, and has multiple West Chester locations.  

Nova Health Therapy

Nova Health Therapy, natural hormone replacement therapy provider, opened a 2,590 square-foot medical office at 4866 Wunnenberg Way off Union Centre Boulevard.  Nova Health Therapy custom designs therapy for each individual customer with superior patient care being its primary focus. 

Toyoba Kureha America (TK America)

Toyoba Kureha America (TK America), manufacturers of non-woven filter media products, will relocate to a 43,248 square-foot facility at 4591 Brate Drive in West Chester Trade Center.  Toyoba Kureha America offers automotive engine air intake, cabin air filters, and industrial filtration media products.  This will be TK America’s North America headquarters from which it will serve U.S. clients.  

Atlantic Packaging

Atlantic Packaging, specializing in end-of-line packaging systems, materials and converted paperboard solutions, will open a 90,000 square-foot facility at 4591 Brate Drive in West Chester Trade Center.  For more than 75 years, Atlantic Packaging has focused on innovation and technology which has made it a market leader for customers requiring sustainable packaging options, packaging equipment, high performance materials, warehousing and distribution.  This will be Atlantic Packaging’s first Ohio location. 

New Era Technology

New Era Technology, a global managed technology solutions provider, leased a 2,196 square-foot Class A space at 9078 Union Centre Boulevard in Schumacher Dugan’s Centre Place office building.  New Era Technology serves as a trusted adviser to more than 8,000 customers worldwide. Customers rely on New Era’s seamless blend of solutions that securely connect people, places, and information in a rapidly changing digital world.  New Era Technology has offices in North America, the United Kingdom, Asia-Pacific and Europe. 

Kleem, Inc.

Kleem, Inc., manufacturer and supplier of quality traffic control products and custom signage, began an 8,400 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester corporate headquarters at 6370 Gano Road off Cincinnati-Dayton Road. A family-owned and operated business for more than 40 years, Kleem’s signs are manufactured in-house, with full-color custom graphics production for signage, labels, banners and vehicle decals. A wide selection of common traffic and parking signs are also kept in stock for quick delivery. Kleem also carries traffic paint, cones, barrels, barricades and other traffic control products. 

Mayfield Brain & Spine

Mayfield Brain & Spine, specializing in the compassionate care of patients with diseases and disorders of the brain and spine, began a 6,460 square-foot expansion to its existing Class A medical office space at 9075 Centre Pointe Drive in Centre Pointe Office Park. Mayfield Brain & Spine is a full-service patient care provider of the Mayfield Clinic. As a trusted independent physician group, its mission is to provide the best brain and spine care to the more than 25,000 patients its sees each year throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas. 

FedEx Ground

FedEx Ground, the largest ground transportation company in the world, leased a 183,336 square-foot facility at 8655 Jacquemin Drive in Mill Creek Logistics Center off Union Centre Boulevard.  FedEx is a comprehensive supply chain solutions provider for complex fulfillment needs connecting people with goods, services, ideas and technologies.  FedEx covers every U.S. street address and services more than 220 countries and territories. Its global network provides time-sensitive, ground express service through more than 650 airports worldwide. 

Great Lakes Petroleum Co.

Great Lakes Petroleum Co., a family-owned and operated petroleum delivery organization for more than 35 years, leased a 12,583 square-foot maintenance facility at 4709 Interstate Drive in TLP Capital Center off Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747.  Great Lakes Petroleum Co. provides innovative fuel product solutions, reliable delivery and outstanding customer service 365 days a year even during natural disasters.  

Crescent Park

Crescent Park, a multi-faceted supply chain provider, began a 252,000 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester operations at 5226 E. Provident Drive.  Crescent Park is a family-owned business that goes back five generations with its corporate headquarters in West Chester on Crescent Park Drive.  Crescent Park also operates plants in the Midwest and the eastern United States, and provides contract packaging and parts fulfillment services while being a Premier Service Provider to the Fortune 500 clients it services.  

Further Financial Group

Further Financial Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, will open a 6,925 square-foot office at 6184 Centre Loop Drive in the Union Centre district near Muhlhauser Road.  The advisors at Further Financial Group develop ongoing one-to-one relationships to help clients achieve their financial goals.  Further Financial offers personalized financial advice and a range of product solutions including investments, insurance, annuities and banking.  

Lithko Contracting

Lithko Contracting, a full-service concrete contracting company specializing in the execution of walls, tilt-ups, structural frames, slabs, site work, foundations and more, began a 6,036 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester corporate headquarters at 2958 E. Crescentville Road.  Lithko has experience in placing more than 40 million square feet per year of slabs, tilt-up and precast.  Lithko has more than 4,000 coworkers serving 550 clients across 20 geographic regions.  Lithko opened its West Chester location more than 30 years ago and has been instrumental in developing key processes that are now used nationally.  

Bass Pro Outdoor World

Bass Pro Outdoor World, North America’s leading supplier of premium outdoor gear, will construct a 120,493 square-foot new retail store on a 22-acre site at 5951 Bass Pro Drive at the south end of The Streets of West Chester.  Offering fishing, hunting, camping, outdoor gear and much more, Bass Pro has been providing customers with a premier destination retail experience, superior products and outstanding customer service for more than 50 years.  Bass Pro Outdoor World locations feature décor that creates an experience for guests such as being in a cypress forest with animal displays, marble flooring portraying rivers with fish outlines, and more wood to represent the forest. 

Mane, Inc. 

Mane, Inc., providing the food industry and consumers all of the world with the highest quality flavors and taste solutions, will open a 63,000 square-foot facility at 4440 Muhlhauser Road west of Princeton Glendale Road.  A family-owned business for more than 150 years, Mane takes a holistic approach to flavor using nature as a model.  Mane awakens the senses by composing delectable, surprising tastes through its flavours division where its leaders create cutting-edge solutions for use in beverages, dairy, confectionary products, baked goods, savory items and more. 

American Family Care (AFC)

American Family Care (AFC), a leading provider of urgent care and accessible primary care, will open a 4,763 square-foot medical facility at 7570 Voice of America Center Drive near Cox and Tylersville roads.  For more than 40 years, AFC has pioneered the concept of non-emergency room urgent care services.  All AFC clinics are designed, equipped and staffed to provide accessible minor emergency treatment including on-site laboratory services, state-of-the-art diagnostics and occupational health exams.  Today, AFC has more than 250 clinics and 800 in-network physicians caring for more than 6 million patients each year. 

HH Barnum Company

HH Barnum Company, a leader in products, solutions and controls for factory automation, leased a 6,679 square-foot sales and training facility at 9033 Meridian Way in World Park at Union Centre.  For more than 70 years, HH Barnum Company has taken great pride in creating a legacy that places customers and employees as a top priority.  HH Barnum has focused operations on process control valves and instrumentation to the distribution of factory automation systems across multiple industries for seven decades.  

DSI Dantech

DSI Dantech will relocate to a 47,323 square-foot facility at 4583 Brate Drive in West Chester Trade Center. DSI Dantech offers the global food industry a full range of mechanical, plate, and cryogenic technology for freezing, cooling and heating of quality food.  DSI Dantech supplies the food industry with thermal treatment solutions that spares the environment, improves production and revenues, minimizes food waste, and also makes quality food accessible to everyone.  

Crescent Electric Supply Company

Crescent Electric Supply Company, one of the largest independent distributers of electrical hardware and supplies in the nation, relocated its existing West Chester operations to a 10,632 square-foot facility at 4806 Interstate Drive off Princeton Glendale Road.  Established in 1919, the family-owned company has more than 130 branches in 26 states, serving contractors, original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and the maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) needs of commercial, industrial, institutional and utility customers nationwide.  

Chemlock Metals

Chemlock Metals, a leading chemical manufacturer, relocated its existing West Chester corporate headquarters to a 2,415 square-foot Class A office space at 9100 West Chester Towne Centre.  Chemlock Metals manufacturers copper, cobalt, chromium and more.  Chemlock Metal’s management team includes executives and chemical engineers from M.I.T. and former VP’s from Fortune 1000 companies.  Chemlock does business in more than 28 countries worldwide.

A&F Souvenir

A&F Souvenir, a premier partner for custom gift and souvenir products, will open a 106,000 square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility at 9249 Meridian Way in World Park at Union Centre.  Founded in 1962, A&F Souvenir provides high quality, custom souvenir products to gift shops, national parks, museums and more across North America and Canada.  The talented artists at A&F Souvenir create products customers will love and offer flexible and creative customization options.  

Ryan Homes/NVR

Ryan Homes/NVR, nationwide home builders and mortgage providers, began a 4,030 square-foot expansion to its existing office at 8622 Jacquemin Drive in Schumacher Dugan’s Union Centre OfficePlex.  Since 1948, the professionals at Ryan Homes have been committed to providing unparalleled customer care, innovative designs, quality construction, affordable prices and creating desirable communities in prime locations.  NVR, a parent company of Ryan Homes, offers a wide variety of mortgage programs to fit any need.  Ryan Homes and NVR offices can be found throughout 33 metropolitan areas in 14 states.

Distribution International, a leading mechanical insulation distributor, will relocate its existing West Chester operations to a 43,171 square-foot facility at 4664 Brate Drive in West Chester Trade Center. Distribution International has industry-leading expertise in the insulation-related field and is committed to delivering everything from thermal and acoustical insulation supplies to maintenance, repair and operational supplies.  

Cornerstone Brands

Cornerstone Brands, a division of Qurate Retail Group comprised of four interactive, aspiration home and apparel lifestyle brands, leased a 323,970 square-foot facility at 5261 East Provident Drive.  The Cornerstone Brands include Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Garnet Hill, and Grandin Road. Cornerstone Brands’ interactive and direct-to-consumer businesses are distinct in product offerings, customer bases, balanced resources and revenue growth, with separate e-commerce sites for each brand.  Overall, the group distributes 166 million catalogs annually and has 21 retail and outlet stores. 

On-Shelf Marketing Group (OSMG)

On-Shelf Marketing Group (OSMG), a full-service broker specializing in Walmart, Kroger, Costco, and best-in-market national representation, began a 3,693 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester operations at 9924 Windisch Road.  Each OSMG partner serves as independently-owned regional brokers. OSMG brokers cultivate personal relationships and familiarity with accounts in their region to provide customers with national coverage that drives results.  

Premier Shooting and Training

Haverty’s Furniture

Haverty’s Furniture, offering high quality furniture in a vast array of styles, will open a 71,878 square-foot facility at 4664 Brate Drive in West Chester Trade Center.  Haverty’s offers thousands of products through its website, catalogs and retail stores.  Founded more than 135 years ago, Haverty’s now has more than 100 locations across 16 states and is known for always standing behind its products. 

TrueChoicePack

TrueChoicePack, a total solutions provider for private label and custom disposable products, opened a 7,200 square-foot facility at 9565 Cincinnati Columbus Road.  TrueChoicePack are proven experts in product design and manufacturing, and are ready to provide service from concept to delivery.  TrueChoicePack provide an array of products including tableware disposables, trashcan liners, retail bags, plastic cling films, aluminum foils, parchment paper, wax paper, PPE and more. 

Horizon Construction

Horizon Construction, a commercial construction company in business for more than 30 years, relocated its existing West Chester office to a 5,010 square-foot facility at 6319 Centre Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park.  Horizon Construction offers commercial construction from the ground up, remodels, facility repairs and commercial electrical services.  The goal at Horizon Construction is to provide a better construction experience which means getting all of the little things right from the first phone call to the last warranty request, exceeding its customer’s expectations.

Agiliti Health, a leading national provider of medical technology management and service solutions to the healthcare industry, began a 15,384 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester operations at 9884 Windisch Road.  Agiliti Health offers a full range of equipment-based services including rental, on-site managed services and supplemental clinical engineering services.  Agiliti Health works side-by-side with clinicians, supply chain teams and clinical engineers in more than 7,000 locations giving them a unique perspective on medical equipment.  

Motion Industries

Motion Industries leased an 80,232 square-foot facility at 4583 Brate Drive in West Chester Trade Center.  Motion Industries is a leading industrial parts distributor of bearings, mechanical power transmissions, electrical and industrial automation, hydraulic and industrial hoses, hydraulic and pneumatic components, industrial and safety products, and material handling.  Serving its customers since 1946, Motion Industries operates in the replacement parts and original equipment markets.  Motion Industries has more than 550 operations including 15 distribution centers throughout North America.

Emma Schmidt & Associates

Emma Schmidt & Associates, specializing in sex and relationship therapy, will open a 1,456 square-foot office at 5900 West Chester Road near Union Centre Boulevard.  The mission at Emma Schmidt & Associates is to promote healthy sexuality and great intimate relationships. The trained professionals at Emma Schmidt & Associates team up with individuals or couples to identify concerns using approaches known to be effective with unique situations with the goal of optimal health.

Acuren Inspection

Acuren Inspection, providers of state-of-the-art, non-destructive testing, inspection, and engineering services, will relocate its existing West Chester operations to a 71,833 square-foot facility at 4692 Brate Drive in West Chester Trade Center.  Acuren Inspection provides safe and high quality mechanical and inspection solutions allowing crews access to difficult-to-reach locations.  In addition, Acuren’s world-class engineers, scientists, and technologists have extensive experience in the field and in Acuren labs across U.S. and Canada.

QuikTrip

QuikTrip, one of the nation’s leading convenience and gasoline retailers, will construct a new 8,292 square-foot store on an 8-acre site at 8367 Cincinnati-Dayton Road just southwest of Interstate 75.  Since 1958, people have looked to QuikTrip for gasoline, on-the-go snacks, sandwiches, freshly-brewed coffee, donuts, pizza and more.  QuikTrip is widely known for taking great care of its employees earning national recognition for creating and nurturing career employees and offering superior benefits including being recognized at the Best Places to Work in 2021.  QuikTrip has more than 900 stores in 14 states and takes pride in giving back to the communities it serves. 

Elliott & Bradley Plumbing

Elliott & Bradley Plumbing, specializing in commercial design and build plumbing services, will open a 4,500 square-foot office at 7873 Kingland Drive near Tylersville Road.  In business since 1959, Elliott & Bradley Plumbing focuses on energy saving and environmentally-friendly solutions by offering products that can significantly reduce electricity costs and minimize water consumption.  The qualified professionals at Elliott & Bradley Plumbing are skilled at new construction and renovation projects.  This will be Elliott & Bradley Plumbing’s second West Chester location. 

Veho Tech, Inc.

Provision Living West Chester

Provision Living West Chester, a senior living and memory care community, will expand its existing facility at 5531 Chappell Crossing Boulevard off Union Centre Boulevard.  Provision Living West Chester meets the unique needs of older adults offering on-site assisted living and memory care services.  The expansion includes one- and two-bedroom apartments which feature emergency call response units, fire safety systems, health monitoring equipment, and housekeeping and laundry services.  The Provision Living community offers restaurant-style dining, social events and activities, professional therapy services and more.  

EchoPark Automotive

Taco Johns

Taco Johns, featuring Mexican-inspired fast food, will construct a new 2,106 square-foot restaurant at 8155 Highland Pointe Drive in Highland Pointe development (anchored by Walmart) off Cincinnati Dayton Road.  Taco Johns’ signature menu offers freshly prepared crispy tacos, breakfast burritos and more all prepared with premium ingredients.  The Taco Johns chain was founded more than 53 years ago in Wyoming, and now has more than 380 restaurants in 22 states primarily in the Midwest and Mountain regions.  

Jersey Mike’s

Tiger Sugar

Tiger Sugar, specializing in its fabulous tiger striped Boba Tea, will open a 1,470 square-foot shop at 7847 Tylersville Road in West Chester Plaza.  Established in 2017, Tiger Sugar is the original brown sugar bubble tea with fresh cream and a unique tiger stripe design. Pop Collectors Paradise, offering a large selection of Funko pops, will open a 1,250 square-foot shop at 8117 Cincinnati Dayton Road just west of I-75.  Pop Collectors Paradise buys, sells and trades Funko Pops with more than 3,000 in stocks.  Pop Collectors Paradise also features other collectible toys and sports memorabilia.  

Uzima Rejuvination Station
