Republic Wire

Republic Wire, a leading copper and aluminum electrical building wire manufacturer, broke ground on its new 320,000 square-foot building at 8341 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747.  Republic Wire’s expansion will serve as its distribution facility and allow for additional office space while its corporate headquarters will continue manufacturing operations at 5525 Union Centre Drive, its home since 1994.  The major expansion will enable Republic Wire to hire up to 40 new full time employees.  Republic Wire has remained a family-owned and operated business for more than 40 years and continues to have an unfailing commitment to its customers to consistently deliver high-quality products.  The $20 million project is slated for completion first quarter 2024.  

3dB Labs

3dB Labs, creating innovative engineering solutions across a variety of government industries with products designed to provide efficient and sustainable solutions, began a 27,680 square-foot expansion of Class A office space at its existing facility at 9050 Centre Pointe Drive in Centre Pointe Office Park now occupying the entire third floor.  3dB Labs designs, implements and delivers solutions in engineering, signal processing, signal analysis, software development, hardware manufacturing and development, using dynamic and multidisciplinary approaches.  

PPD Global Central Labs

PPD Global Central Labs, providing high-quality centralized lab services, will open a 45,000 square-foot facility at 10085 International Boulevard off Muhlhauser Road in World Park.  PPD’s Global Central Lab is a global contract research organization focused on delivery of life-changing therapies.  PPD is dedicated to helping its customers make faster, more informed decisions about clinical trials through its award-winning drug development database solutions, globally standardized clinical testing and centralized data visibility.  

Berkley Aspire

Berkley Aspire, a division of W.R. Berkley Corporation one of the largest commercial property and casualty insurers in the United States, announced a nearly 11,000 square-foot Class A office expansion at its existing West Chester location at 9075 Centre Pointe Drive in the Centre Pointe Office Park.  In business for more than 50 years, Berkley is a Fortune 500 company who has seen gross written premiums in excess of $10 billion.  Berkley Aspire was granted a 1.6% seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit and expects to create 29 full-time positions generating more than $3 million in annual payroll and retaining more than $2.4 million in existing payroll as a result of this expansion project. 

Encore Label & Packaging

Encore Label & Packaging, a pressure sensitive label manufacturer utilizing digital and flexographic presses, will open a 31,400 square-foot manufacturing facility at 9230 Port Union Rialto Road.  Encore Label & Packaging has been in operation since 1979, getting its start as Kroger’s in-house printing plant, now serving a wide variety of markets and industries including but not limited to grocery, food and beverage, fast food, consumer products, automotive and distribution.  Over the past five years, Encore Label & Packaging has received 25 awards for outstanding print quality on a wide range of products including labels, folded coupons, point-of-purchase materials, extended text labels and flexible packaging wraps and pouches. 

Enable Injections

Enable Injections, a global healthcare innovator developing and manufacturing drug delivery systems, will open a 7,138 square-foot facility at 6306 Centre Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park.  Enable Injections’ body-worn product, enFuse, delivers high-volume pharmaceutical and biologic therapeutics via subcutaneous administration.  The product is aimed at improving convenience, supporting superior outcomes and advancing healthcare system economics.  Enable Injections positively impacts patients worldwide, offering patients the flexibility of in-clinic or at-home self-administration so they can focus on what matters most to them. 

Mitutoyo America Corporation

Mitutoyo America Corporation, a leading manufacturer of precision metrology instruments and solutions, will open a 9,600 square-foot facility at 8876 Beckett Road in West Chester Commerce Center.  Established in 1963, Mitutoyo America Corporation is committed to providing the highest quality products and services to its customers.  With a wide range of precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, height gages and more, Mitutoyo America has become a trusted name in the manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and medical device industries.  

Azelis Americas

First Financial Bank

First Financial Bank, the Tylersville Road Financial Center at 7795 Tylersville Road, will build a new 3,920 square-foot state-of-the-art facility in the same location.  During construction, there will be a temporary financial center on the property to ensure customer’s convenience to banking operations.  The new financial center will feature the same friendly faces, extended drive-thru hours, free wi-fi, a 24-hour ATM and more.  As always, First Financial will continue to offer the simplicity of banking online by visiting www.bankatfirst.com, utilizing its mobile app or via its 24-hour automated telephone banking. 

TriHealth Endocrinology

TriHealth Endocrinology, a network of highly-trained endocrinology and diabetes care doctors and support services, will open a 3,150 square-foot medical office at 8020 Liberty Way in TriHealth’s 50,000 square-foot Class A building located in West Chester Township near Cox Road.  The medical professionals at TriHealth Endocrinology specialize in the diagnosis and management of hormonal conditions, including the endocrine glands, the thyroid, adrenal and pituitary glands which regulate metabolism.  

Seppi M. USA

Seppi M. USA, mulching equipment specialists throughout the world, will relocate its existing West Chester business to an 11,200 square-foot facility at 8876 Beckett Road in West Chester Commerce Center.  Founded in 1939, Seppi offers products for professional agriculture, forestry and landscape maintenance.  Seppi’s agricultural products range from flail mowers, rotary mowers, and solutions for under canopy maintenance in orchards and vineyards.  Seppi offers solutions for landscape maintenance of right-of-way along roads, railways, airports, parks and along waterways.  

CSI Pharmacy

CSI Pharmacy, nationwide specialty pharmacy, will open an 11,200 square-foot medical facility at 8850 Beckett Road in West Chester Commerce Center.  CSI Pharmacy was founded by pharmacists and is dedicated to providing services for patients with chronic and rare illnesses that require complex care.  CSI Pharmacy is invested in improving the health of the people they serve by offering expert clinicians, passionate advocates, committed healthcare partners, and strategic reimbursement experts. AVI Food Systems

DRT Holdings

VEO Ophthalmics

VEO Ophthalmics, dedicated to bringing innovative and quality medical devices to ophthalmic surgeons, relocated to a 2,808 square-foot facility at 10184 International Boulevard in World Park. VEO Ophthalmics are manufacturers of the first artificial iris which is used to treat defects that reduce the sensitivity to bright light and glare.  The professionals at VEO Ophthalmics believe that listening to its surgical customers and business partners, strictly adhering to regulatory and quality standards, is critical to its success.  

The Gravity Group

The Gravity Group, the wooden roller coaster experts, began the addition of a new paint booth at its existing West Chester location at 9936 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747.  The Gravity Group was founded in 2002 by a group of veteran wooden roller coaster designers who were passionate about bringing wooden coaster technology to the next century.  The team of engineers at The Gravity Group has more experience designing wooden coasters than any other company in existence today.  The designs that The Gravity Group produces are consistently the highest rated wooden rides in the industry.  

MAGNUM Piering

MAGNUM Piering, specializing in the design, engineering and manufacturing of high-capacity steel foundations, began a 7,708 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester world headquarters at 156 Circle Freeway Drive.  MAGNUM has a 35-year legacy being recognized by contractors as the most reliable and efficient producer of underpinning and deep foundation products.  MAGNUM’s West Chester manufacturing facility has state-of-the-art steel fabrication equipment and offers a highly qualified staff of craftsman to produce large orders efficiently and on time.  MAGNUM’s products meet or exceed the most up-to-date industry standards, creating a high level of assurance that the product will perform as designed. 

Oats Overnight

Oats Overnight, a nationwide packager and distributor of healthy, protein-rich breakfasts, will open a 68,064 square-foot facility at 7757 Union Centre Boulevard in West Chester Trade Center.  Oats Overnight offers complete grab-and-go meals packed with nutrients like flax, chia, fruits and more in 20 varieties.  The West Chester Oats Overnight facility is expected to create 179 new jobs, $7.8 million in annual local payroll.  The Ohio Tax Credit Authority granted an 8-year, 1.3% Job Creation Tax Credit for this project. 

IWG (Regus)

IWG (Regus), global providers featuring flexible co-working office spaces, will open a 14,737 square-foot center at 8200 Beckett Park Drive.  IWG (Regus) offers individual workspaces, meeting rooms and the ability for clients to set up a virtual office with a mailing address.  IWG (Regus) users will also have access to full administrative support, WI-FI and all kitchen amenities.  Memberships can be purchased for daily, monthly or yearly usage with thousands of locations worldwide. 

Saia Motor Freight Line

Saia Motor Freight Line, nationwide freight carriers, will construct a new 13,135 square-foot building at its existing operations center at 3010 E. Crescentville Road.  Saia Motor Freight Line is one of the nation’s leading carriers, providing less-than-truckload (LTL), truckload, distribution and consolidation, and a variety of other logistics services to a broad range of industries including retail, chemical and manufacturing.  Saia Motor Freight was founded in 1924, and today it is a billion-dollar carrier offering nationwide coverage through a network of 187 terminals. 

Bunzl Distribution

Bunzl Distribution, supplier of a range of products including outsourced food packaging, disposable supplies, cleaning and safety products to food processors, supermarkets, non-retailers, convenience stores and others, will open a 54,848 square-foot facility at 7757 Union Centre Boulevard in West Chester Trade Center.  Bunzl Distribution owns and operates more than 190 warehouses that serve all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, the Caribbean and parts of Mexico.  Bunzl is regarded as a leading supplier in North America and as experts at streamlining logistics and supply chain management for its customers.  

Quench USA

Quench USA, providing businesses with high-quality water filters, opened a 3,600 square-foot facility at 4710 Interstate Drive in TLP Capital Center.  Quench USA offers water-as-a-service solutions by providing filtered water through a broad array of bottleless machines.  For more than 20 years, Quench USA has provided the best water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers to more than half of the Fortune 500 organizations across the continent. 

AFC Industries

AFC Industries, providers of supply chain management solutions to companies of all sizes in multiple end markets, will open a 95,756 square-foot facility at 9030 Port Union Rialto Road in the new Port Union Industrial building off Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747.  AFC Industries is a full-service industrial distributor offering vendor managed inventory services, kitting, light assembly, private labeling, and other supply chain solutions to OEM manufacturers, utilities, distributors and more.  AFC Industries is built on the legacy of several prominent industry brands all proven reliable through years of dedicated customer service and local support.  

Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A, known for its Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich and signature hospitality, was granted approval by the Board of Zoning Appeals to construct a new restaurant at 9414 Civic Centre Boulevard in The Streets of West Chester.  Chick-fil-A is a family-owned and operated business serving communities across the country with more than 2,800 restaurants in 48 states.  The capital A is on purpose—it means “grade A top quality.”  Known for its leadership and growth opportunities, in 2022 Chick-fil-A was named a Best Employer in America by Forbes.  This will be West Chester’s third Chick-fil-A restaurant.

EMC Insurance

EMC Insurance, nationwide property and casualty insurance providers, will open a 6,254 square-foot Class A office at 9100 West Chester Towne Centre Drive near The Square @ Union Centre.  EMC Insurance is one of the top 60 property and casualty organizations in the United States.  Founded in 1911, EMC sells its products solely through independent insurance agencies.  Today, EMC has more than 2,000 employees in 40 states across the country.  

United Dairy Farmers (UDF)

United Dairy Farmers (UDF), a family-founded dairy committed to making quality ice cream and related products, will construct a new 6,308 square-foot convenience store at 7175 Cincinnati Dayton Road at Liberty Way in place of its existing location.  The new store will continue to offer hand-dipped cones, sundaes, milk shakes and malts with an expanded ice cream fountain and sit-down area on the “Dipside.”  The new store will also offer multiple varieties of hot foods on its “Ovenside” that can be made-to-order and cooked on demand.  In addition, there will be a 5,844 square-foot self-service fuel canopy area for gasoline customers.  Founded in 1940, UDF is still family owned with nearly 200 ice cream parlors and convenience stores in three states. 

PureMD

PureMD, a medical spa offering the latest aesthetic treatments, opened a 2,200 square-foot facility at 8230 Beckett Park Drive off Smith Road. The team at PureMD includes experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, aestheticians and spa coordinators all with a common goal of welcoming patients into a comfortable environment to achieve beautiful and natural results.  PureMD offers a variety of laser cosmetic and aesthetic services including dermaplaning, chemical peels, tattoo removal, elimination of spider veins and more. 

Outback Steakhouse

Outback Steakhouse, an Australian-inspired steakhouse, will construct a 4,936 square-foot restaurant at 7530 Foster Lane in The Oaks of Wetherington off Liberty Way in West Chester Township.  Outback Steakhouse is the home of juicy steaks, spirited drinks and Aussie hospitality.  Outback’s unbeatable steak cuts are complemented by delicious choices of chicken, ribs, seafood and pasta at a price for everyone.  Founded in 1988, Outback consistently puts an emphasis on high-quality delicious food delivered in a warm and welcoming environment.  

EggHolic

EggHolic, a fast casual authentic Indian street-food restaurant where everything is made to order, will open a 1,723 square-foot eatery at 9774 Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR 42 in the Gates of West Chester.  EggHolic’s menu includes the street-food classic known as the Masala Half Fry, featuring two fried eggs topped with sautéed tomato and onions, and a dish called Lava Pulav, and omelet’s topped with basmati rice, shredded egg, sharp Cheddar cheese and a spiced tomato sauce.  

Lotus Event Centre

Lotus Event Centre a new 7,000 square-foot event and banquet facility opened at 9145 Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR 42.  Lotus Event Centre boasts a colorful and modern interpretation of Eastern Indian culture. At Lotus Event Centre, guests can enjoy the modern contemporary flow as they travel from traditional to vintage, rustic to a modern interpretation of Indian Culture.  The center is available for weddings, birthday parties, banquets, seated live performances and more.  

Hamilton Bob’s

Hamilton Bob’s, specializing in high quality new and used tractor and industrial vehicle parts, began construction on a new 25,095 square-foot building at 4770 Port Union Road just off Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747.  Hamilton Bob’s carries an inventory of thousands of parts including clutches, drive trains, electrical parts, engines, hydraulics, mower parts, steering, brakes, tires, rims, tubes and manuals.  Hamilton Bob’s supports many popular brands including Caterpillar, John Deere, Bobcat, Ford, Case, Kubota and more.  The new facility is slated for completion first quarter 2024.  

Casablanca Mediterranean Food

Casablanca Mediterranean Food, specializing in Mediterranean gourmet foods, will relocate and expand its existing West Chester business to a 27,627 square-foot market at 7900 Tylersville Square Drive off Tylersville Road.  Casablanca Mediterranean Food offers the freshest vegetables, cheeses, olive oils, spreads, coffees, teas, and herbs.  In addition, Casablanca offers fresh, high quality Halal chicken, lamb and a wide variety of other meats.  The new Casablanca location will also feature a Moroccan-themed restaurant that will likely become a destination location with striking architecture and beautiful open market bazaar design.  

Everybody’s Health

Everybody’s Health, specializing in chiropractic, massage and patient wellness, opened a nearly 5,000 square-foot medical facility at 7615 Voice of America Centre Drive in the US Bank building.  Everybody’s Health works with its clients to start and maintain a lifestyle motivated by health, wellness and a desire to thrive offering acupuncture, fitness and weight loss, dry needling, rehab exercises, skin care, health and wellness products.  Everybody’s Health offers care to patients of all ages including infants. 

Jeana’s Great Cakes

Jeana’s Great Cakes, a custom bakery specializing in cakes for all occasions, opened a 1,000 square-foot bakery at 8779 Cincinnati Dayton Road in Olde West Chester.  Jeana’s Great Cakes is dedicated to creating wedding cakes that will make a couples special day both beautiful and delicious.  Jeana’s Great Cakes provides professional customer service and personalized attention for every bride and groom.  Jeana’s Great Cakes also makes custom cakes for birthdays, baby showers, all occasions and events, and offers a variety of cupcakes and baked goods. 

Ohio Implants and Dentures

Ohio Implants and Dentures, a full-service dental implant and denture provider, will open a 2,693 square-foot medical facility at 7789 Cox Lane off Tylersville Road.  The mission at Ohio Implants and Dentures is to restore its patients’ oral health, chewing ability, appearance and self-confidence with dental implants and dentures.  Ohio Implants and Dentures offers full mouth implants, “snap in” removable implant dentures, single implants, implant bridges and dentures.  

Rockin’ Jump

Rockin’ Jump, a new recreation and fitness destination, will build a 35,262 square-foot entertainment facility at 9185 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747 near Port Union Road.  Rockin’ Jump is a place where guests can soar in open jump arenas, dive into pools of soft foam cubes, play trampoline dodgeball, do flips and somersaults.  Rockin’ Jump also has quality food, private rooms, and is available for birthday parties and family gathering where kids can safely play while parents socialize.

Leotard Boutique

Leotard Boutique, specializing in high quality, handmade dance leotards for toddlers and girls, opened a 3,000 square-foot facility at 9846 Crescent Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park.  Since 2013, Leotard Boutique has been handcrafting leotards for toddlers and tights for girls that are affordable and made to last.  Leotard Boutique offers seven different styles of toddler leotards, baby leotards, dance leotards for girls with long sleeves, short and ruffled sleeves or sleeveless with 23 vibrant colors.

Sonder Taphaus and Kitchen

Sonder Taphaus and Kitchen, brewing unique high-quality craft beer, will open a 4,323 square-foot taproom and kitchen at 9558 Civic Centre Boulevard in The Streets of West Chester.  Sonder Taphaus and Kitchen will serve brewer’s draft options and package-to-go beer, plus a curated selection of wine, bourbon and food.  The Sonder kitchen will have a menu of shareables and seasonal items along with vegan and gluten free options, and a kid’s menu.  The new location will offer space for private parties and will take corporate reservations.  

Kennedy’s Barber Shop

Kennedy’s Barber Shop, an All-American Barber Club, will open a 1,321 square-foot shop at 9328 Union Centre Boulevard in the US Bank building just west of I-75.  Kennedy’s Barber Shop offers the finest haircuts for men, the lost art of straight-razor shaves, and a modern selection of grooming products within a decidedly-masculine club.  Kennedy’s is reminiscent of your father’s barbershop and a sanctuary to relax and enjoy.  

Jasper Engine Exchange

Jasper Engine Exchange, remanufacturing quality products since 1942, opened a 4,000 square-foot facility at 6266 Centre Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park.  Jasper Engine Exchange is one of the nation’s largest re-manufacturers of gas and diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, rear axle assemblies, air and fuel components, marine engines, sterndrives, performance engines and electric motors.  Jasper has 50 branch and distributor locations that are committed to providing customers with products. 

Voodoo Brewing Co.

Two Cities Pizza

Two Cities Pizza, known for its award-winning New York and Chicago-style pizzas, announced its partnership with The Pickle Lodge with a new in-house restaurant.  New York-style is a foldable, crispy thin crust pizza that is both soft and slightly brown with a salty cheese and smooth, sweet red sauce.  Chicago-style is a classic deep dish pie with creamy cheese on the bottom and fresh chunky tomato sauce on the top cooked with a butter crust and caramelized cheese.  Two Cities Pizza is slated to open inside The Pickle Lodge in mid-summer.
