Ford develops and delivers innovative, must-have Ford trucks, sport utility vehicles, commercial vans and cars, and Lincoln luxury vehicles, along with connected services. The company’s Ford+ plan for growth and value creation combines existing strengths, new capabilities and always-on relationships with customers to enrich experiences for its customers and deepen their loyalty. Ford has 65 plants and employs more than 177,000 people worldwide. 

Shannon Engine Support (SES)

Shannon Engine Support (SES), the CFM specialist lessor providing spare engine lease solutions, opened a 2,321 square-foot Class A office at 9025 Centre Pointe Park Drive in Centre Park Office Park. Headquartered in Ireland, SES specializes in providing spare engine programs for CFM56 and LEAP operators, including airlines, cargo operators and MROs. SES has a long history with CFM products, dating back more than 35 years and its portfolio of more than 500 TRUEngine-qualified, owned, and managed spare engines, makes it the largest CFM engine lessor in the world. Triton Stone Group, one of the largest importers of natural stone, marble, granite and tile in the United States, will expand and relocate its existing West Chester business to a 41,088 square-foot facility at 7753 Union Centre Boulevard in West Chester Trade Center. Triton Stone offers a tailored selection of domestic and internationally sourced slabs to suit any design style and product preference including a wide assortment of standard and boutique tile for floors, walls and backsplashes. With 32 locations across 17 states, Triton Stone is positioned to deliver the best products, with a large network of slab and tile galleries, fabricator supply centers and regional distribution centers across the country. The mission at Triton Stone is to inspire creativity in its customers while providing exceptional products and delivering an unparalleled customer service experience. 

Xcel Calibration & Diagnostics

Xcel Calibration & Diagnostics, a family-owned and operated full-service automotive repair facility specializing in diagnostics and calibration of computer systems, opened a 12,000 square-foot facility at 9643 Inter Ocean Drive. Xcel was founded on the idea that seamless repair experience should be standard, especially for body shops operating in the digital age. Xcel programs and calibrates Advanced Drive Assistance Systems (ADAS), especially after automotive accidents, to ensure that key systems like blind spot monitoring, radar cruise control, lane keep assistant, steering wheel angle sensors, and headlight control modules function properly. Xcel provides comprehensive ADAS calibration and diagnostic support for vehicles of all types.

Macomb Group, a leading wholesale distributor specializing in pipes, valves and fittings, leased a 104,161 square-foot facility at 9030 Port Union Rialto Road. The Macomb Group has differentiated itself from competitors by continually expanding its operations to provide unbeatable specialty services, a huge inventory, energy-efficient solutions and exceptional customer service. Industrial Controls Distributors, a division of Relevant Industrial specializing in valve automation, instrumentation, measurement and control solutions, opened a 14,450 square-foot facility at 8760 Global Way off Union Centre Boulevard. Stretch Mobility Coach, aligning holistic methods with the latest research to promote a healthier more active lifestyle, relocated its existing West Chester business to a 1,600 square-foot medical office at 8102 Beckett Center Drive in Beckett Commons. FunCity Adventure Park

FunCity Adventure Park, an indoor adventure park featuring trampolines, games and more, will open a 48,680 square-foot entertainment venue at 8238 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747 in Beckett Commons. FunCity Adventure Park has a variety of activities and fun for all ages to enjoy including trampolines, foam and ball pits, slides, ropes course, dodge ball, basketball, arcade machines, climbing walls and more. At FunCity, customers can leap into a world where floors launch, walls challenge norms, and all ages can bounce, flip and soar. FunCity also offers party rooms for unforgettable gatherings and adventures.

My Pie, providing chef-inspired individualized desserts, will open a 6,000 square-foot manufacturing facility at 9776 Inter Ocean Drive. Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD), a State of Ohio agency  empowering Ohioans with disabilities through employment, disability determinations and independence, will open a new 3,667 square-foot office at 9650 Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR 42. OOD helps connect the people of Ohio who have disabilities with the resources, support and opportunities that fit their unique needs, abilities and interests. OOD’s services, programs, and partnerships aim to help Ohioans live with greater independence and create a dependable foundation for their lives. 

Dominos

Dominos, operating more than 14,000 pizza restaurants in more than 85 countries, announced it will construct a 2,132 square-foot restaurant with drive-thru window and indoor seating at the southeast corner of Union Centre Pavilion Drive and Union Centre Boulevard. From humble beginnings as a single pizza restaurant in 1960, Domino’s has become today’s recognized world leader in pizza delivering more than 1.5 million pizzas each day. Verizon/TCC West Chester, an authorized Verizon retailer, is a one-stop shop with a wide variety of phone and wireless products and services, relocated its existing West Chester business to a 2,713 square-foot store at 9235 Floer Drive off Union Centre Boulevard. Verizon/TCC offers the latest devices with Verizon network coverage, including 5G service for both consumers and businesses. TCC specializes in smartphones, tablets, Verizon home internet, award-winning customer service and more. At Verizon/TCC, proceeds from every purchase go directly toward doing good in its local community. 

Superior Hydroponics

Superior Hydroponics, specializing in hydroponic and horticultural solutions, opened a 3,000 square-foot production and distribution facility at 9860 Crescent Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park. Superior Hydroponics offers indoor and outdoor gardening supplies, nutrients, fertilizers, bug sprays, lights and more. Superior Hydroponics is a premier provider of greenhouse supplies for residential and commercial operations.

Slabbed Sports Cards

Slabbed Sports Cards, a shop built by collectors for collectors, will open a 2,052 square-foot retail location at 7739 Tylers Place Boulevard in the Plaza at Wetherington. Moka & Co.

Moka & Co., specializing in hand-crafted coffees and teas, will open a 2,770 square-foot coffee shop at 7307 Tylers Corner Place off Tylersville Road. Moka & Co. was established to connect the Western coffee consumer to the rich and robust flavor of Yemeni coffee beans, prepared and served with traditional recipes. Little Diggers

Little Diggers, where little hands become expert excavators, will open a 3,961 square-foot entertainment venue at 9442 Water Front Drive in the Streets of West Chester. Little Diggers was created for children to enjoy an immersive, hands-on play experience that excites their senses and imagination. Children are free to dig, build and explore with the magic of sand play, hundreds of toys and tons of sand—a child’s imagination will run free. Little Diggers also offers construction-themed birthday party packages or the entire facility can be rented out for special customized group events. 

D & C Spa

D & C Spa, specializing in acupressure and massage, will open a 3,410 square-foot facility at 8933 Cincinnati-Dayton Road in Olde West Chester.  D & C Spa offers professional, licensed therapists with more than 5 years of experience helping customers with pain, stress, tightness and other body issues.  D & C Spa provides the ancient healing art of acupressure operating fingers to gradually press key healing points. This will be D & C Spa’s second West Chester location.
