Jordan Worrall of BRAVE Public Relations said there will be a “large-scale grand opening event” when the business, 7720 Voice of America Centre Drive, opens its doors at 9 a.m. that day.
The grand opening will feature chef demonstrations, food sampling throughout the store and drawings for The Fresh Market gift cards. In addition, the company will give away a reusable shopping bag and a sample-sized bag of the its coffee to the first 1,000 customers.
“We are excited to open our store in West Chester and to expand our reach in Ohio,” said Craig Carlock, president and chief executive officer of The Fresh Market.
“We look forward to introducing The Fresh Market’s concept of quality perishables, excellent customer service and a unique atmosphere to an expanded customer base, and we look forward to offering neighboring communities a rewarding new food shopping experience.”
According to the release, the 23,600 square foot store will feature a bakery that produces 30 freshly baked breads and 14 different pie varieties daily, a full service meat counter with freshly ground beef, a wide selection of ready-to-serve entrées, fresh seafood delivered to the store several times per week, and more than 200 imported and domestic cheeses, as well as a produce department with more than 400 items and a large organic selection.
The West Chester Fresh Market will be the company’s sixth store in the state of Ohio. Currently, there are two other locations in Greater Cincinnati, 3088 Madison Road in Oakley and 7888 Montgomery Road by the Kenwood Mall.
